Great video! We are selling our home and the sellers have one gag left in our option period. The sellers now want a second showing. Is this a bad sign?

Hi Heather, I cannot comment on your transaction since you are under contract. However, it is very normal for people buying a home to want to visit the property several times to see it while under contract. I hope that helps.

Who open the escrow, buyer or seller agrent? I assume its seller agent since there is question on what is the seller commission amount and that is only known by the seller agent.

At what point do we negotiate interest rate? Offer accepted and I still don't know the interest rate and monthly Mortage. Does this happen afterwards?

You should always get pre-approved so you know how much house you can afford and what that will cost you before making any offer.
