    Geez no frost protection in Michigan? I'd have a tough time moving forward without it. I can see omitting frost walls, but would still put rigid foam down 24" out to prevent frost heaving. Hopefully you have a good dry subbase and proper drainage.

    The site Charlie mentioned was mine so appreciate the laser tip. some of the wood moved because of heavy rain and caused some errors but all fixable. either way congrats on your site man looks good.

    Like the series! How did you select the contractors?

      I just focused on finding a good General Contractor, and then my GC found the right subcontractors.

    why am i not seeing a vapor barrier go down . i think you place it before steel bars. your floors are going to sweat? yes ,like the thicking edge footing.
