I remember going to pub years ago that had an amazing juke box(CD players). There would be younger folks playing Brittney Spears, Timberlake, Bruno Mars...they’d get 4 3 minute songs for a dollar. I’d go put in a buck and play The Writ, Rush’s 2112, Freebird Live and Stairway To Heaven. Had to be at least 45 minutes. The kids would generally leave and we’d get the pool table.
Lol. Me and my mates would do the exact same thing in a bar in Edinburgh, for the same reason. It even had 'Breadfan' by Budgie, the original, not Metallica's cover.
@, hey thanks for that. I just checked it out. What a phenomenal track. Somehow Budgie had slipped by me. Better late than never I guess, cheers from Alberta Canada.
The angriest and perfect pitch for Ozzy. One of the few songs Ozzy actually wrote lyrically in Sabbath. Geezer Butler wrote about 92% of all the early Ozzy catalog. Love the hate towards the frakkers who took their $ on this song, Sabbath 4ever !
The most UNDERRATED Black Sabbath album
nah, all 6 albums are top tier 5/5 albums. ;)
That last portion was an add on by Bill and Ozzy, called ''BLOW ON A JUG ''
My favorite Sabbath tune from my favorite Sabbath record! Thanks man!
Love the Sabotage album: in fact all the first six albums are amazing. Thanks for reacting to a song that does not get many reviews.
The song is about Patrick Meehan, the ex-manager of the band.
reminds me of Queen - Death on Two Legs.
Black Sabbath 1968-eternity🤘
Their first 6 albums are all killer, no filler, as this song is another classic from Sabotage. More Sabbath! Enjoy. 🔥🎵🎸🎤🎸🎶🔥

The reason you hear laughing is because it's part of am I going insane. Love both songs.
Geezer Butler, the bass player, wrote most of the lyrics . Black Sabbath is the first and best Heavy Metal band by light years 🤘😎
