super important note: the slam capacitor buff STACKS ON ITSELF so you get roughly 1024x damage (or, 102400% in percentage form) which is why you're hitting damage cap lol
That has to be a glitch right ? 😂 Probably gonna get fixed
@@Gemerl It has been that way for the weapon since release so unless its a years old bug, nope
Nah it’s exponential by nature it was designed that way
@@Gemerl probably intended due to this weapon being 6 years old now
@@XarantaurTheWitness Getting patched :P It was fine for 6 years before it was breaking damage cap in a 10m radius
So great to see a warframe content creator just having a good time with something. Keep doing what you're doing man.
I love the internal conflict when deciding or theorising if stuff will work on not and the reactions to the result is the best, because I do the exact same when I experiment
IMPORTANT UPDATE: as of Hotfix 35.5.3, this weapon's unique trait is now an ADDITIVE buff, not MULTIPLICITIVE, meaning hitting this damage now will be much harder than before.
However, the buff is much higher. 250% and 2m at only 5 stacks
Just casually turns a hammer into a nuclear warhead that you slam on the ground.
I loved the part where he said "it's hammer time" and then hammered all over the place.
Kinda like with ork tankbustas -minus the self explode XD
Okay, one moment here. Nira has two frame mods. One fits in the exilis slot. Meaning you can add another 100% slam damage and still be knock down proof as long as you keep the Scarab Armor up. And it uses the same polarity as Primed Sure Footed so you don't have to for Inaros again to place it. Your welcome.
He is youtube man he cannot use anything except primed sure footed in the exilus slot
@furnace830 funny, I thought this was MCGamer, not Knightmareframe who at this point has a literal addiction to PSF.
@@cyanide7270 I don't watch him so Ii can't really say anything about that.
@UncleKrusty849 he puts PSF on literally every single build... I find it honestly pretty lazy. I don't find much trouble keeping an eye out for knockdown effects and jumping out I'd the way, which means I can free up a forma on every build, and squeeze a bit more power, range, cast speed or what have you instead. He basically relies on it as a clutch.
UPDATE: Slam Capacitor seems to have been nerfed.
God I'm so glad about you getting around to this because I JUST got around to this weapon post-slam buff literally just about six hours ago, kitted it out, went into a mission, and INSTANTLY got greeted by 9 digit damage, before stacking anything, and I knew I stumbled onto something glorious. I actually made a ridiculously all-in loadout that I didn't expect to work nearly as well as it did: I used Kullervo, because he has built-in heavy attack efficiency, and subsumed Warcry over his 4 to outsource a ton of attack speed and so I can hit it with Precision Intensify so it goes even faster. This and Arcane Strike is enough attack speed that you can actually comfortably swing it normally to build combo, on top of Kullervo getting combo from his 2 and building it super fast on enemies linked by his 3. This lets you get status from Weeping Wounds and crit from Blood Rush, so you can proc Melee Influence off of your ginormous slams to beat line-of-sight checks. Regular slams blow away chaff, electric procs from slams and Influence count as melee kills to build up Slam Capacitor, and then whenever an enemy you really don't like comes along, like a thrax or an acolyte or a sufficiently large eximus, you wail on them with the Crushing Ruin forward melee combo to proc influence enough to kill random surrounding enemies incidentally (which isn't hard with a faction like the Corrupted where unarmored units spawn), generate Capacitor, hit 1 to get your insane crit buff, then heavy slam for underflow amounts of damage. It's gratuitous, hilarious, and weirdly fun-- I didn't expect to enjoy Pogo Build so much but I was accidentally in a mission for 90 minutes when I meant to just test it for ten. Oops.
That quick "oh no" right that the start was great XD
I've effectively been using the Triton-Influence combo since WitW came out, it's pretty fun for netracells!
titron could actually always do this, it just required being invisible for some reason. this is muuuuch better
Invisible bc when used with xatas whisper the stealth multiplier damage gets doubled dipped. I don’t think it was needed tho
@@Prettykooltbh nah xatas whisper was irrelevant, it just worked with any invis. something to do with stealth multiplier and the slam capacitor double dipping
I'm so glad you covered this, love this silly hammer so much. I should try to figure this build out with a riven in mind since I have one.
I will test this out right now! Thank you for the build idea.
Welcome to the Jam I guess. Try how Sampotes and Tenet Exec waves calculate their damage now!
Only thing I thought after watching the vid....now my slam toys will rock! Especially with tenet exec with the rending crane stance...
I rolled a juicy riven for this weapon like 5 days before the slam changes came out, boy oh boy has it been fun :D
Welcome to the slam jam meta
Come on and slam, and welcome to the jam.
DE instantly hit it with a nerf that reduced the slam damage by 99% (thats not an exaggeration or typo, multi at 10 stacks went from 102400% to just 1000%)
Forgot about this weapon, but the tenet exec is a lot of dumb fun
I literally just finished my build for this thing. It's been my most used melee since it dropped! So happy to see it get the love it deserves
Running this weapon on kullervo you can spam heavy slams for 60 mil no capacitors. I've fallen in love with it all over again
Okay u are now turning me into a hammer fan rn! Glad to see a lot builds with inaros
Can anyone tell me how this Hammer feels after the nerf?
I spent all that time building this only for de to fucking nerf it kill me
Fs in chat for the multiplicative scalling -
Modding could not come sooner so that we can reverse some patches and have a blast….for a few minutes to realize how cursed some of the stuff is…..
Imagine leech eximus units prior to the patch AND have the old SP armor scaling….
I come from the future to tell you that it got buffed a bit (not much, im pretty sure is not damage cap again)
What's strange is that I cannot stack the passive slam capacitor when I have Melee Influence equipped. It seems they both can benefit but really interfere with each other. Perhaps there's flaw in what I'm doing but the stack simply just get cleared randomly.
Edit: I have found the culprit. The problem is not the arcane but 3rd combo hit from the stance Crushing Ruin. The Raging whirlwind hits for 500% dmg with guaranteed knockdown that counts as a slam and uses up the passive stacks of slam capacitor. The more you know lol.
Edit 2: This issue has been addressed in the most recent hotfix! I believe it's the only good and welcomed quality of life change in it. Slam Capacitor now has no time limit, damage got normalised to additive stacking and max of a 1000% and not 1024x multiplier (it still does millions of damage) AND the combo moves from stances no longer trigger the capacitor stacks so we can whack freely with no worries. Weapon feels much, much better after these changes even if you can't damage cap with little to none preparation. Hope this helps anyone!
Ol' Faithful just got a lot more faithful. And no one hit by it's getting old.
I had to rewatch that start at least 10 times.
I already had glaives or Exodia Contagion glued to my hands because I prefer to get my AoE from melee. The slam changes have given me so many more options.
Can't wait for a new Slampotes video!
Fun fact the slam attacks from the the combos also consume the trait
But don’t deal nearly as much damage as jump slam
I remember when the passive was bugged and didn't reset when slaming with combo attacks but still were effected by the buff
FIRST !
Cheater lol
No fair >:[
Now if only DE would release a Hammer Stance that does not include slams in it's combos...
I think you’ll need a second video on the Slampotes, this must be crazy damage on that too :D
the 100% dmg bonus stacks multiplicatively with itself. So at max charge you get 2¹⁰ = 1024x bonus dmg instead of 10x
The Titron is the go-to melee for my Rhino, so I was messing with this some...it's good.
I wonder what damage a slam build on the Tenet Exec could do now since it has a unique slam attack too
arca bonk
i loved the arca titron way back when u could slam jam with that ancient wukong augment that boosted slams, maybe i should get back into hittin some hoop
I *KNEW* i wasn't the only one bringing out the arca titron BP for this buff lmao
I was thinking of going with a build around the slams. I wonder how much fun it'll be with Arca Titron and a maxed out Influence
In this vein, Sampotes is now HILARIOUS. You kill stuff *and* send it into the stratosphere
Now; there is one thing you may have overlooked.
The heavy slam works with tennokai.
Been loving this hammer for years
Since you're using heavy slams, wouldn't it be beneficial to put some initial combo for the 2x damage, similar to glaive heavy attack builds?
That reminds me of my pre rework wuking build with the pogo stick augment but now it's actually good
Sorry Fragor, there's a new sheriff in town. Why is it always seemed like the Arca weapons always become the most broken
Love seeing you do these silly experiments MC! I cant do them myself for resource-reasons and stuff but its hella funny watching this. I didnt even know it was possible to reach numbers like this in a game besides Diablo 3, but apperantly you can. We'll see how long this lasts tho before DE is gonna swing their hammer to nerf some aspect of this. I mean its funny and also strong but i am sceptical if this stays as it is now.
that's....pretty rad. I still have my arca Titron. I might have to give that a go! I"m not much for melee, but having some kind of omega back up attack type option is great.
Whoops, guess we balled too much...
I saw this video and made an arca titron of my own, cooked a bit and came up with x12 tennokai gas influence slam build, you one shot one group and then the next one gets hit with 10 milion gas proc, mind you, i was testing this on corrupted heavy guns, which take half damage from gas
You should try this with the Sampotes, it makes 8 explosions on a slam attack
Gonna give Samposte a spin now
Haven't tried this thing with Kullervo yet
Have a riven for arca titron so glad I kept it
God imagine if we had a tenet arca titron...
I don't know how, but if you get any ideas for it, I would love to see a max duration Lavos build using his new augment to just carpet a map in Gas damage
I need you to take a quick look at the sampotes, I rl want to see how it shapes up after the update because I don;'t have enough mods to test out how it is. Thnak you
@MC, Sir, whenever you get the chance. Use Dante, mod your Noctua with damage, crit, and Viral/heat, then use the "Wordwarden" ability. Here is the final bit. Use Cedo, just the glaive attack on Cedo. Then watch the little wordwarden book go CRAZY
my fellow guy, that hammer always did that much damage, hell dystopia made a build way back that in theory could do 100 billion damage if there were no cap to damage
Noo my favorite hammer is most definitely getting fixed . Was already insane now its ludicrous
Big Bonk. Also I guess we'll never have Tennet Titron now... I hope one day we get Tennet Scisco
DE: “we want people to start using older weapons more.”
Also DE: nerfs everything that’s not meta
Did I miss something? I just watched a video from Pro-Noob 3 days ago about this weapon slam build. Was there something mentioned in patch notes that will have everyone talking about slam builds?
Slam attacks got a buff. Damage from kids and range I believe. I think it’s just jump slams tho
Ork tankbustas: 'Now datz a proppa tankbusta dat iz!'
Been doing similar things with the Sampotes, no where near the damage but arguably more fun. Melts low end PCs.
Oh how I wish I was this good at modding to theory craft with weapons myself..
Has the Slam capacitor been changed? It only charges up to 5 now.
I wish we had a tenet version of the hammer
I usually jus enjoy ur shenanigans but this im building.
Using an umbral forma instead of normal formas in other spots is crazy.
Looks like I'm gonna be rebuilding the Arca Titron lol
Considering you're currently slamming your way through the game, could you please take a look at the Tenet Exec? I've been wanting for that weapon to be good for so long, and I just hope that with the current update it's viable!
Haven't tested that one out, but Sampotes is the same type of weapon and that one's shockwaves now absolutely slap! Good bet the Exec will perform just as well, perhaps even better since it can use Shattering Impact on its shockwaves.
This hammer is just beautiful, and now is even beautier, the amount of crits I get with this thing is crazy, and im abusing it with zephyr tornadoes and it is even crazier with surged tornadoed mobs, try it out fella it will be amazand
I think the slam capacitor description is wrong... it seems to me it does not force-proc electric, but one modded elemental damage type.
Also, it seems to be really reliant on electric procs and not so much on Capacitor stacks. No electric proc on enemies = barely anything dies up to 4 stacks. Enemies primed with electric = everything dies with at least 1 stack.
(But this could also be wrong, testing it is for some reason super hard. Sometimes capacitor does not seem to apply electric and I dont know why.)
Random ish question, if one were to build their own harold, is the parts that make up the hound important?
Not really. The stat difference is negligible
@MCGamerCZ Awesome, by chance what parts does Harold use?
How about the Sibear incarnon?
May we please get a new buzzloc video?
arca titron is atlas stat sitck for rock magic with his 4, wonder if slam changes buff a throw a 'rock' build.
You really need to redo the Slampotes build with the new slam changes
Incredible, DE made the right move
arca titron is so fun, i loved going absolutely apeshit with it on rhino
idk why the “OMG I FORGOT ABOUT HAROLD” was so funny to me
can you do this with the new Nezha augment?
And then they made the damage additive instead of multiplicative... I was actually considering picking up the Arca Titron again, but that change dampened my enthusiasm.
Verdilac is also brokened.
Everyone forgets the SAMPOTES!
noticed this one by mistake :P searching for a Kuva Nukor in Adaro with my ash old loadout
i would suggest something like idk saryn toxic lash to chain capacitor kills from the slams it self....but they dont live long enough to even take proc dmg. like i think you slamed misery into the next update, i cant even see the number because a corrosive proc was covering it, but it had a M in it, so you hit over a mil with only 3 procs of corrosive on him
and then thinking about see this with a damage and crit riven enemy what enemy they dust
I got the arca titty in circuit and was doing 14 million casually without even trying, this weapon is still good for being so old :)
Before the nerf, if you used Titron together with Mirage the game refused to recognize the damage at full charge. You actually had to nerf the build for it to reliable deal damage.
wonder what would happen if ya took it into a steal path circit run :D
Hey I’m getting something weird happening. Unless there is another arca titron I’m unaware of. I have the exact same mods at the exact same levels equipped to my arca titron and my damage numbers are a few hundred less than shown at 1:12 any one have any explanations as to why?
On further inspection it’s just my slam attack numbers that are different. Watching further I thought it was due to the one nira mod he had on but when I slot it on my slam attack damage goes from about 1k less than the 6200 he has at the time stamp to 2000 damage over. Am big confuse
It got giga nerfed
Awesome
I really hope DE doesn't nerf this weapon to the ground before I can try it out
This aged well
emm just check riven after saw this. the price is up for Arca Titron.
Fam this with gas (and maybe Mirage too) would tank frames sooo hard
plz try the tenet weapon, i think it is the heavy blade one
Almost as much slam damage as the MIGHTY SEER. Looks like I'm dusting the old girl off
lore obtained, bro likes running the MIGHTY SEER with the arca titron
