I have created many games for my students over the years but this helps tweak them, add more, and make them more meaningful. This cleared so many doubts about autonomy that I have had for a long time. One question about in-game economy: have you ever created/considered/seen any organization where they may have created a "gamification system" where completing trainings or having a score in trainings gave them a currency that they can exchange for real life benefits like restaurant tickets, gifts, discounts, maybe even small salary increases, etc.? Not saying whether that would be a good or bad idea, I am just curious if this has been tried before and maybe you have seen it :)

Yesterday I waited for you at zoom link for whole one hour and you could not show up due to some urgency may be. Today I got an zoom link again and this time it was cancelled 07 minute before the meeting showing that I did not confirm whether I will show up. I am confused this time because though I got the zoom link one hour ago... I did not saw any link or it did not tell me to confirm anything...... I tried to reach you only because your learning strategy is very easy going and you gave an opportunity to discuss. May be I am missing something contacting you.... would you please help me with it?

I've been asked that a lot by my clients, and I don't recommend real-world rewards. Depending on the task, it can actually extinguish motivation. ☠☠
