I’m here bc of grieving … having to let go of someone you wanted to keep around is painful. It makes you wake up with a heavy chest in the mornings, and you’re constantly asking yourself where you went wrong but music like this makes me feel like the world is hugging me tight and letting me know “this too shall pass”

Just close your eyes and imagine yourself in a beautiful forest and it's sunrise and the more you walk through the forest all your stress and anxiety just fades away and you find yourself more happy comfortable and you walk into a field of roses and you lay down And relax and then you realise that you've slept the entire day away and it's night now but the light of the the moon leads you home and you later wake up I wish you a great day
I imagine often the same thing. Walking in a forest and sunlight is shining and twinkling through the leafes and it warms my face with its light. It is easy to breathe and all the troubles are far away and i feel happy...just smiling as I walk through the beautiful landscape.
Who ever did this piano music I thank him or her a lot of claps it helps my bird be in peace and sleep. It helps me I litterly forgot that I live In a cruel world after hearing it like this piano drifted me into another imaginary world where there is no pollution fresh river fall and beautiful animals and birds chirping and grass around me full of silence and melody .(only imagine)

I had a rough week I was sober for a really long time and just realapsed last weekend I like listening to this to help me get calm at night. But I'm getting myself back on track with my program.
I play this when I'm in a very low mood , and when I go to therapy im getting help with my borderline compulsive disorder and PTSD and playing this helps me so much it helps me relax. This music as saved my life a hand full of times , I've even played this in our therapy sessions and everyone said it's so beautiful, it may sound crazy to other people but when I put my ear phones in and close my eyes I feel that I've left my body and I'm just floating and I've left all my problems behind and I feel free and happy , I want to thank you from the bottom off my heart for this amazing music, thanks again from laura in the uk

It helps me I litterly forgot that I live In a cruel world after hearing it like this piano drifted me into another imaginary world where there is no pollution fresh river fall and beautiful animals and birds chirping and grass around me full of silence and melody .(only imagine)
