I was just getting into the video!! Too short! The blinker was on longer than the turbo was spooled! I’m just playing, but I do wish the video was longer. You had good mic audio and could actually hear it. That’s rare in these videos! Take care my friend.
Jarrod Fothergill they’re never long enough!! I thought that light was never going to turn green either!! My iPhone actually did an “ok” job of picking it up! It actually wasn’t too bad for an iPhone, in-cab video! Thanks man!
Honestly, I'm not sure. I took the front part of the turbo apart to drilled the rivets out that were holding the ring in. The entire job took about 45 minutes.
Garrett Cibak not one issue...I think it’s a coincidence when people say their Turbo went to crap after they removed it. I’m pretty meticulous with my truck though and I always let my EGTs cool down to below 400 before turning off the engine since I don’t have a turbo timer. I always heard that not letting it cool down was the quickest way for it to crap out.
