Great video of the trail! Some of those belly scrapes make me think twice trying in my longer wheel base tacoma. You think there's better lines for those obstacles? Front skids but no belly armor other than sliders
Heading from Cedar City to do this trail in a couple weeks. Great video Jake, (Mountain biker Jake?) What would you recommend for tire pressure? This will be my first time in sand. I'm in a 2021 Bronco on 35s.
Yep, I'm probably "Mountain Biker Jake". You'll love Razzle Dazzle. I assume you aren't on beadlocks. I'd start at 18 PSI and possibly drop to 15. No lower or you risk de-beading the tire. Let us know how it goes.
@@st.georgejeepers5517 This is Rusty Slade I helped coach the Iron Giants a few years ago. I thought that was you. I'm just starting to get into off-roading.
I thought so. It's a fun and expensive slippery slope. I have good friends who have a 21 Bronco Badlands with a Sasquatch package. I'm impressed with what it can do.
My family an I will be out there for the first time with our jeep in July this year any possibility of getting a guide for for sand hollow or anything?
Love your videos!!! Thanks so much for posting them. Please continue doing them!! We need then, please!
Thanks Steven
Another great video of one of my favorite trails. Excellent production, Jake!

@@st.georgejeepers5517 Awesome cant wait, heading out next week! Thanks for the reply!
It's going to be super hot. Bring lot's of water and please take a friend in a second vehicle. Going early is your best bet.
@@st.georgejeepers5517 Yea its lookin like its gonna be TOASTY!! How much extra time do you think was added due to the large group in the video?
An hour
Just found your channel and great videos! We have a group coming to Hurricane this fall. Where is the best place to get a map of the trails?
Hi Stephanie, so glad you found us! If you search on Dixie four wheel drives website, you will find a link to some online maps for the trails.

@@st.georgejeepers5517 I got a Base model with Sasquatch.
Does that still have the sway bar disconnect?
Why is this now rated a 5 by the Winter 4x4 Jamboree? Still no lockers needed?
I honestly couldn't tell you. Maybe recent rain/water damage made it more difficult? A 5 requires a rear locker.
My family an I will be out there for the first time with our jeep in July this year any possibility of getting a guide for for sand hollow or anything?
When specifically?
@@st.georgejeepers5517 we are planning to arrive July 13th an be there til the 21st
I'm sure we can make something happen.
@@st.georgejeepers5517 awesome thank you. So much.
