I recently booked this one which will be delivered in a couple of months. So far this is the best video I’ve seen about this car. Keep up the good work
I likey, I likey alot but I wouldn't swap my gle 450 for it cos the interior looks Identical, from same heads up display to centre rest grab console and most likely cost a lot less for the same kind of comfortable ride and still manages to put a huge smile on your face whether your in sports mode driving it like you stole it or off roading it in the mud on 22inch rims. Keep up the good work
All the reviews I’ve read about this car complain it is too big for uk roads. What nobody ever points out is that over the mirrors, the new Land Rover discovery is even wider and yet it isn’t too big! Double standards by the uk motoring press. The GLS is lovely, I’d have it over a RR or X7.
Really like the GLS. Does baffle me that some of the tech, like the AC seats and massage seats are only on these and not the GLE. I suppose that’s the S class though! The rear screenS, I’m looking at retro fitting onto my GLE, do you know if Netflix is available native or you need to stream it from the phone?
Hi, quick question my dad watched your review and is considering buying it but is wondering if it’s way too big for London roads and if it will fit roads with width restrictions. Love the vid by the way
Thank you mate! For it’s fine for a majority of the roads, the super tight width restrictions will cause issues and parking. But this is only in central London. 95% of the time you’ll be ok. Thank you for watching :)
I would go for the GLE, save a few £££ and make your life easier with regards to parking and manoeuvrability . I feel if you’re going to average 20mph (if you’re lucky) you won’t make the most of the GLS… the GLE is available as 5 or 7 seater too!
@@GoksCarLounge thank you very much for answering my question. I liked the points you made and since the GLE comes with 7 seats as well, I will definitely follow your advice and go for the GLE. Do you have a review on GLE 350d? It would be great if you have so I could have a better idea of what to expect 😁👌
Yes buddy! It’s in on the page in “The GLE Lounge” playlist… in the city the 300d would suffice but since you’re going to be using on the motorway go for the 350d at least 👍🏼
Can I get a list of the options/specs and packages that you may have in your car like amg package. I want to build mine exactly same like you. Thanks in advance.
Cullinan, Benteyga built in England. Urus assembled in Italy. E Class and S Class built in Germany. When I look at the GLE and the GLS, I see an American car with German parts. Let's face it Alabama is not Bavaria. Feel like the car is lacking in pedigree. If you removed the Mercedes badges and replaced it with a Buick badge, nobody here in the States would know the difference.
Cullinan is BMW and Benteyga is a VW, as is the Urus. They share their platforms with other cars. The GLS doesn’t. If you removed the Lambo Badge you get Audi RSQ5. If you remove the Audi there’s probably a VW badge under that... Seat/ Skoda under that... etc :)
You are right, What was I thinking. Spending all that money on camera gear, congestion charge, fuel… and time filming and editing. To try and recoup some of it with ad revenue.

It’s big, but not TOO big. I had no problems navigating around London. They are lovvvely Thanks for watching :)

Great video! Handsome guy
I know
London's looking so fresh, what time did you shoot?
Mid day ish…
Great review. Does the heating and cooling cupholders make a difference? Does it serve its intended purpose?
Pretty well yes! The cold is very cold. The hot is warm… make sense?
An thank you :)
It makes sense. Thanks for the reply.
Great reviews!
I have one question: is GLS 400d suitable for someone that lives in Central London and only does motorway journeys 4 times a month?

The GLE does perfectly fine on the motorways too! Go for 350d 👌🏼

My new Benz and rangrover are coming next month
Congrats!
I don't like the look of the leather, it looks like old people's skin with its massive grains
Elephant skin! Lol
Under 2 minutes in and already ads.. thumbs down

@@GoksCarLounge I understand why you have ads but they were around nearly every 3 to 4 minutes.
Way too often for a short video.
That’s useful feedback. Thanks
Great review
Thank you 🙏🏻
