I'd rather have landscaped gardens than a tennis court as a backyard.
Maybe the guy loves playing tennis with his wife, or kids. You never know. If it was my house, Id use that tennis space for a custom gym. We are all different.

It does fit the theme. The house itself isn't very logical either. Like why does North American feature so many houses with TV's up near the ceiling like that.... Then there's that aweful floor through out the ground floor.

Lovely house overall. My one issue is a general one, not specific to this house: namely, the fact that even top-notch properties in Oakville (& in most of southern Ontario) are jammed side-by-side with neighbouring properties. Expensive homes *ought* to have substantial land on all sides, and not just for aesthetic reasons. Fire safety in a swiftly drying climate dictates greater concern with green-space, building materials and general fire prevention.

Good, but needs a lot of love in the interior to bring it to the 21’st century. White marble tiles, marble backstock, new kitchen cabinetries, modern light fixtures, lighter harwood, and modern interior decor and artwork.
