The game had a bit of a problem with documentation in my opinion. There were so many details that if you didnt understand or hear them the first time, you couldnt read about them properly in your PDA getting all details. You only got a couple summarized versions of what happened which made the game a bit confusing as you would forget some important details whilst playing the very long game.
This video really helped me in understanding what had happened. Nice work man.

I just finished Shadow of Chernobyl and just be lined it straight for the wish granter, didn't realise I missed so much, I saw the quest to go see guide in my pda but I didn't remember how I got and couldn't be bothered to back track. So thanks for getting me up to speed for Clear Sky, because I was so confused, great video.

Never got the Stalker games when they first came out because I did not have a good enough PC to really play any PC games and was just on Xbox.. I was always dying to try the game out and got Shadow Of Chernobyl and played it for few hours... then I found out about Stalker "Anomaly" which is a standalone Mod for Stalker. It has every single location from every Stalker games... plus some added custom locations. I've already got like 60 hours in and haven't even seen half of the zone lol. The Mods are amazing. Plenty to choose from to play how you want to play! Thanks for the video!

As a fan of Stalker series from their debut I found many mistakes in this story telling. There are little mistakes like factions descriptions - information about them are incorrect mostly, the history of the Zone also has some mistakes. Back to story of game itself - many of parts of main quests are not even mentioned (that after X-18 Marked One went to Cordon and did some work for Sid, firefight in Wild Territory with Mercs while saving scientist, or events on Garbage while journey to Agroprom), minor inconsistent that fight with Controller in Agroprom UNDERGROUNDS (not severs!) was after finding Strielok safe house, but the worst was completely made out like that Marked One became to work and do quests for money and artifacts between Cordon and X-18 or telling basically whole Stalker Clear Sky story in half minute and linking it to wrong event - merc that killed Fang was not Scar. One of bad ends where Strielok joins forces with C-Con is only mentioned like "he could join but he refused". There is also many minor information that are not mention by me. Like that Strielok did not break with stalker squad to decoder, that X-18 was not exaclty lab for study brainschorcher effects and the biggest - that Strielok to get into X-18 had to steal half of key from Dark Valley group of bandits.
Pretty good recount but you did take some liberties but ite understandable and still fairly accurate.
I've always wondered what the meaning is behind the "I want to rule the world" ending, with Strelok getting absorbed by the Wish Granter ?
The implication is that C-conscioussness rules the world using their agents (like strelok), contacts and influence of the noosphere
