Sea Prism Stone is essentially indestructible. Note that Smoker's jutte isn't entirely made of it (or he couldn't hold it), only the point is made of that material.
I love the reveal that crocodile didn't even throw the actual key in the first place and jsut kept it on him, showing how he leaves nothing to chance and jsut wanted to make the heroes struggle and waste time for a hopeless endeavour.
22:00 so in the manga there was a minor continuity error here, where Mr 3 was floating in the water and there was no table. A fan wrote in and pointed out that as a DF user he'd sink. Oda said that there was just some extremely buoyant wood underneath him - and that wood actually gets used later on in the story at a certain point.

There's a botanical garden in Shizuoka Prefecture that is called 熱川バナナワニ園 (Atagawa Banana Wani En,) Atagawa Tropical and Alligator Garden). It has around 20 species of crocodiles, 30 kinds of bananas cultivated. There are also red pandas, Amazon manatees, and other animals and plants. It opened back in 1958. Back then bananas were a luxury, so the owner wanted to make people happy and make a banana theme park. Someone suggested they should exhibit crocodiles too to make it a unique park to visit. And that's how it began. The mascot is a plush toy of a crocodile/alligator holding a banana. I've heard about this park before and even have it on my "Want to Go" list among other things to do in Shizuoka, but somehow totally forget it exists when I watch one piece.
You mention how there is a lot of travelling in Alabasta but personally, i'm a big fan of it. Makes the arc feel so much bigger than all the previous arcs. I'm afraid that the Live Action will severely cut down locations for time, especially if its only 8 episodes again (which seems likely as of right now). Come on, give me live action Rainbase, I love that place

Signed, Mr. Prince". That brilliant bit of cheekiness from Sanji feels like the icing on the cake of that casino sequence.
Hello !!! I have rewatched this casino-"sub"-arc sooo often, always enjoyable ( one of the parts for which I really anticipate the the new anime - pacing wise at least, the visuals, especially the sunset shot are just gloriously gorgeous in the original anime ) PS given by some of Odas comments over the years, your approach seems very much in line with his. In a talk with Gosha Aoyama (author of Detective Conan ["Case closed" in the US, iirc]) 2y ago, both authors manga are still ongoing with about 1100~ chapters, he said sth along the lines of " I will draw and write a lot of funny and goofy stuff in the final stretch of my series, because I will enjoy it that way. People might not like it, but I don't really care if they do" (not word for word, but the gist of it)
Less critical? Yes, I would say that's accurate. I did notice that in the few years that I've been following you. You still have your opinions, thankfully, that's part of what a reaction should have, but you do seem to be enjoying a lot more. Unless he has reason to believe otherwise, Zoro would kill one of the Straw Hats if Luffy ordered it. That's the degree of his loyalty. Crocodile is one of the better-written villains in the entire series.
I love mister 3, he is a jerk but let's be honest, he is pretty resilient and i respect that. Ty for enterttainment bor, i really need this today and you give me some smiles, i give you 1 view and like, fair trade :)

Even after all this time, Crocodile is a solid antagonist. He has this air of professional evil to him.
They do a nice job conveying that this guy has been doing this for such a long time, and it’s why he’s so difficult to overcome
