The cool thing about Rich is he gives Sevan priority of his time. He never got too big for his britches, unlike some people who seem too good to acknowledge the man who helped launch their fame in the sphere.

I loved this conversation. Alot of uncovering and dissecting things, and coming to agreements and understanding of other views. I echo alot of what rich thinks and says regarding the ways crossfit and the games were handled and appreciated richs cool head and level attitude to the situations thrown at him

Miko Salo boys.....Miko was training multiple times a day. This is what brought it to SLC, Tommy Hackenbruck took second to him in 2009, and he saw that volume of training was the difference. And so it began.

Rich IS the goat. I wish I got to watch live today. I’m not religious at all, and I can tell you independently of his faith, that dude is damn good dude. Matt wasn’t the culture guy that Rich was, but luckily Justin seems to be.

Get the guy you hired to run the instagram to post RUclips shorts. You 100% have some spicy clips that could catch the algorithm and go crazy viral
I think if crossfit do the following:-
1- get back part of its media team as before, and get back to the documentaries they used to do.
2- get back regionals the exact way as 2018 and before
3- reduce its affiliation fee to 2000 $ so more people can get into the system and sport becomes much bigger than before
4- make a better system for L1 to make sure that the coaches who coach this sport are really well educated which will make a huge impact on the reputation of the sport.
5- improve its programming like adding strength and metcons to the programming part they teach in L1. And some rehab protocols. And teach this to the coaches.
6- offering proper programming to affiliates and maybe they can make this like a extra charge on the affiliation fees.
7- recognize and talking about affiliates/athletes out side of the USA
It will become great again

I highly recommend homeschooling. My 11 siblings and I were homeschooled and none of us turned out to be gay communists.
Public school was a complete waste of my time.
Once Greg got rid of Regionals... CrossFit hasn’t been the same. He missed the point of it.

Okay, Rich was awesome as always! BUT the end has me in my feelings hard about the old era of CrossFit. When it was a mission, not a business. And the fact that it never will be what it once was. 💔
