On administrative level Talo Potom had done much more work compare to other DC's. He might act weird, but his administrative works for ICR can't be ignored. This new DC is irrelevant. Hardly seen her on field duty. She is very young to hold such a big position especially in ICR. Government should have given DC, ICR to someone who have some commendable years of experience.
