    oooh oooh for the little tufts amongst the lichen, wonder if you could use orts for that? What a fabulous old tree.Looks like such a beautiful part of the world and your birds are so much more exotic than ours! Wow that piece you've been working today looks amazing, can't wait to see how you colour them, it's so inspiring to see what you're working on, wondering if I could try something similar to sit my mushrooms on .... oh Christine I would so love to be there with you all, what a wonderful experience, you'll be drawing on all of these ideas for many months to come, thanks for sharing the fun with us :)

    • @createandcraftwithchristine
      @createandcraftwithchristine  10 месяцев назад

      You will love to see how our ideas merged in this piece and it had been such a joy just adding to this piece across the week. Fleur calls this stage of adding lots of details “geeking out” and I have been having a ball doing this as you will see in the next instalments 💙🧵🪡

      It is amazing how I have been able to work into this little piece for four days and still can see things to add. The air dry clay shapes are definitely something that add an extra textural and structural element. Definitely won’t be my last for sure! 💙

    Wow! Seems like great fun to be there! Your project looks very tactile, feels like running your hand through a sheep’s wooly hair. Are you painting those artistically shaped clay?
    Thank you for bringing us along your nature walk, the waterfall is impressive!
    Take care.

      These projects are incredibly tactile, particularly the smaller size I am working with as it sits beautifully in the hands and as you work into the piece you get beautiful undulating ridges and valleys in the piece. I’m really happy to be sharing some of the beauty of this magical place. Cheers, Christine
