I can't wait to try this again. I can't remember what I thought of it years ago when I was first introduced to it. You closed this video with the most wonderfully enticing, intriguing description! I believe you, that it can be all of those things at the same time. The culinary equivalent is eating Thai or Korean food: sweet, salty, spicy, tangy, creamy and umami all in the same mouthful! So yes, I'm really motivated to seek Hana Hikaru out because I know it will be exactly as you said. :D
