We have not worked with Stainless Steel so unfortunately we are not really sure what tools will work for it. All the tools we sell are meant to be used with soft metals.

Greetings, I have had one for a while now. I wish you had shown how to mark the metal and punch an accurate hole. Do you have a video on how to punch the hole where you want it? That is the only thing I don't like about the tool is being able to see well where the hole is being punched.

Hi Evelyn. We do not have a different video for tips on lining up the hole. What we have found useful with hole punching, is marking our metal with a Sharpie marker where we want the hole to be. It's also great to use the depth gauge for accurate positioning for your hole on the tool that you adjust with the key provided.

Do you have a video on how to finish the holes if it is a little rough after punching?

You just need either a file, or sandpaper and buff out that little edge.

Thanks! I've been using some sandpaper and an old dremel bit that I stuck a handle on. I didn't know if there was an easier way!!

Can this work on a 14 gauge aluminum?

It's hard to say...aluminum, like any metal, comes in different hardnesses. I imagine it will with some muscle behind it.
