how to get 7 forward speeds out of a 5 speed using the transfer case M35a2 Deuce & a Half

Many, many years ago, we'd order M151 transfer case shift levers and attached them to the M35, M52 and M809 series truck transfer levers with cable clamps. That way you didn't have lean all the down to shift. You could keep your eyes on the road.
