Fun Fact: Kramer is the only one of the main 4 to have never had an inner monolog in the entirety of the series... and it's fitting considering his character and personality, he just blurts out whatever comes to his mind, he even took a vow of silence because of it one episode in a later season... he's a pod... even Newman had an inner monolog in the haircut episode

I didnt envy the thief though. He stole the tape, put it in VHS recorder in his home and soon felt something is very wrong. He never got rid of that smell

This episode was hilarious. Seeing George's face when he saw his ex-girlfriend, Susan, to be with another woman! Especially, since he was the reason why she changed over. She may have been bisexual beforehand.

George being a cheapskate, he decides to go back the next day to return it rewound. But before going to the video store, Jerry and George go to the restaurant whose valet stunk up Jerry’s car. They left the windows rolled down to air out the car and someone stole the video while they were inside, leaving George to pay $98 for it.

no, the vhs if you bought it in a retail store were like 20 bucks, the reason why this one was 98 bucks was because it's a rental, rentals were speciality items in limited supply and so the rental stores valued them more, cause if they get lost or destroyed they would have to buy a new one which wasn't cheap, plus these weren't regular copies, they were built more durable to withstand constant use and abuse from customers, so if someone lost or destroyed it, they really brought the hammer down on them to send a message, 98 is excessive, especially back then, but it gets the stern message across to respect their property
