  • We love it when park supporters deepen their commitment in new and meaningful ways, and that's exactly what Hanford ARC has been doing lately.
Hanford, an engineering and landscape contractor based in Petaluma, has been a longtime sponsor of One Tam and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Recently, Hanford has stepped up to support our workforce development efforts, especially around the ecological restoration internships developed in collaboration with the National Park Service.
The internships increase opportunities for young people, especially those who have been historically underserved and underrepresented in our parks, to chart career paths in the ecological restoration field.
Watch this special episode of OpenRoad with Doug McConnell to learn more about these internships and meet some of the interns!
