Great review. One of my guides in the Alps this summer used this pack. I get the impression the Europeans like to keep everything inside their packs, so I doubt they'd experience issues with the back latching points. Been loving all the new content recently! Also, I feel like depending on how many packs get put in the shootout, you could do full reviews of the top 3 or top 5. Might even be neat to compare the top 3 from the shootout to the bottom 3 to see what makes some packs work well and not others.
Great ideas! The worst vs the best haha. Yeah, I’ve been trying to get lighter and lighter in the alpine. So even carrying the crampon pouch makes me mad. Though, if I lost a crampon in a dangerous area, it could realistically be fatal. Maybe when I have room I’ll consider going back to inside the pack carry.
Hello. Thanks for this. I would like to see a review of Gregory alpinisto an how you carry water? And a review of gloves and what you have and use? Thank you
I’ve had several of the Alpinisto packs. There is a new model in the lineup. I believe it goes by the name Alpinisto LT. It piques my interest. Yours as well? Or are you primarily interested in the standard Alpinisto?
Thanks for you reply. Gloves please ! I suffer from cold hands and I have a 5 days winter mountaneering course in Scotland early March. so I need to improve my glove game ! About the bag I currently use the Mammut trion 35 which I love ! But is quite heavy so the alpinisto caught my eye or the mountain equipment Tupilak. Hope the glove review comes in time for me to buy some warmer pair. Thank you and great videos.
Great information. Thanks so much for making this video. I’m going to buy a Gregory! ☕️

Thank you for the video. I bought my Rab Borealis last week, partly based on your recommendation, and I love it. Thanks for that, too. Cheers.
Thank you! I love the Borealis!! It’s such a bomber jacket. I hope they never stop producing it.
I'd love to see how (and what) you pack this backpack for the mountains in the winter!
Great! I appreciate the comment! Something like a “What’s in my pack for 2023” video!
Hot off the press! Another great Tea Time in The Alpine!!
You know it!
Brutally honest review! Really digging it!
Thank you!!! I’ll sell out for nobody!! Haha

Also, I’ve been excited to do a glove video. So I’m glad someone else wants to see it as well. I have a strange obsession with gloves.
Thanks for you reply.

Same, I love Gregory packs, I'd love to hear your take on this one too.
