    After breaking his arm three times during childhood and suffering severe nerve damage, doctors shared that Scott Bernard would never be able to play sports again.     Loving the energy between these 2 Kings 🔥🔥🔥. Last year I decided to try 6 weeks of just raw vegetables and fruits but most vegetables.     i havent eaten meat in two years. my diet is far from perfect, but much better than all the junk i was eating before. ive started calisthenics about two months ago and have made a little bit of progress. however, now that i have discovered the wisdom that you share, you inspire me to train much harder and eat even better. i appreciate that youre out there genuinely trying to improve peoples lives. i wanna do the same in my park. so i accept that people see me struggle now, but they will see me rise and get motivated themselves! we gotta keep the cycle going, respect our bodies more and help our communities! much love from germany, thanks scott!

    The Bronx has often been the epicenter of great cultural shifts and movements. People like you guys have created a conversation that I’d love to see explode and turn into another consciousness shifting movement! It’s gonna take awhile, but hopefully this catches fire and 5-10 years from now we see society embrace this. It seems genuine, grassroots, non greed-driven, honest, and isn’t trying to sell a product or a commodity. It’s a philosophy and I really dig it. You guys seem like you are simply trying to elevate as many people as you can, and it’s so admirable.

    12 year WFPB, same age as your Auntie and very fit. Dropped 120 pounds permanently, I do Cardio every day and weights 3 days a week, A total life turnaround. No more High Cholesterol, or Blood Pressure, and no more Diabetes either. No meds for me, ever! Love your content!

    Yo brothers this video is very powerful. I am 56, and just trying to start a workout routine. I was trying to figure out protein and what meats to eat to get better. I love the plant based eating you describe here. I have eaten meats my whole life and now I'm here, so how can what I've done be what I need... I want to lose fat, gain energy and build muscle. I like how you men broke this topic down. I thought you need protein and the best form came from meats. You men truly taught this guy something. I have order that book as well. Melatonin from doc africa. I truly want to free my mind body and soul. I was a drinker and smoker for years. You guys make me just wanna stop it all. That's my decision, stop it all. Ty men. Ty ty ty. I know that this journey is all up hill and I am 56 now. But I think I'm ready. I love your work Scott you are the man bruh.     I just threw out the rest of my meat. It's 4 am in the morning. I'm going to do a clinical trial on myself. I honestly believe you can definitely build muscle on fruits and vegetables.

    Thanks so much for this video. Lately I've been dealing with constant fatigue for months now and lately I've only been doing some lifting and forgot about leg workouts. I already know this is helping and it hasn't even been a day yet. I also quit coffee and switched to Matcha tea lately which I suggest to anyone addicted to coffee. I'm going to try the vegan diet soon to boost my progress even further.

      I am no coach nor am I an expert but you can make tea from a lot of fresh seasoning like rosemary, clove, dill, turmeric root, ginger etc. There good for you. Look them up for more info if you like. Good stuff

    I'm enjoying you channel. Can you talk to people like myself who is 50+ and have health issues. I work out at home, I'm unable to do the exercises you show YET. I was diagnosed with an immune deficiency, and still battling with inflammation, so can you show some exercises with resistance bans and or dumbbells. Thanks for talking amino acid.       Take PED's or just stay natural. It's how life works.
      The most effective thing you can do is just to be consistent with your training and keep progressive overloading, that's it.

    I’ve got nothing against vegans, but it makes me laugh when you guys talk about “when you eat animals you’re eating something dead”.
    the plants don’t keep living when you consume them. 😂
    I applaud you guys for your discipline and showing black folks that we can change our lives and be healthy, but plant based ain’t the only or necessarily the best way.
    Most of the health problems you guys were discussing simply come from overconsumption of processed foods and sugar.
    Any diet that eliminates those things will most likely cause your metabolic health to improve and reduce inflammation.

    Hey Quick Question You mentioned the raw vegan fast... I been on plant based diet since 2015 . After being out of the country for 8 months I caved and started eating eggs. about 2months ago.. Then Iitterally got a rash on my body! They say its heat rash however I'm wondering if its's from the eggs .. As of yesterday I decided no more eggs for now and I'm ready to reboot.. I fasted yesterday for about 22 hrs and planning another 24 - 48 hr fast this Friday... following that would you be willing to share what was the raw vegan diet detox you did? Appreciate any and all info ! Cheers ! Erik

    for what you eating.... and exercice, plus body. definitely some TrT. or HCG. love vegan food. not junk vegan. nice diet man. but... you juice something
