    Recipe for 40kg Ingredients list -
    1) Oil 7kg
    2) Star flower - 7 nos
    3) Garlic - 5kg minced
    4) Ginger - 5kg minced
    5) Green chillies - Red chillies paste
    6) Soya sauce -
    7) Red food Colour - 100gm
    8) Celery paste - 1kg
    9) Red chilli sauce - 5ltr
    10) Tomato ketchup - 5ltr
    11) Ajinomoto - ½kg
    12) Salt - ½kg
    13 White pepper powder - 100 - 150gms
    14) Sugar -100gm

      There one friend of mine who has a chinese friend...and i can say this recipe is totally wrong..... process is is changed

    Schezwan mein red chilli daala hi nahi jo iska main ingredient hota hai. Baas green chilli ko red colour mein bhar diya.

      It works infact use of red chilli is quite risky as well. On other hand it's not authentic recipe so why worries? Jhanda kisi bhi Desh ka ho danda hindustani hona chahiye 😅

    Isme je oil use hota he wo jo sub jagah use hoke pura kharbh ho jaata he kohi khaa nahi sakta esa oil shezwan me use hota he pune airport me me khud chef hu...... Reality yahi he. Lekin hum ajino moto nahi daalte Ban he
