Really Chris is the sun in person ... shines with his own light ... his eyes are like the clear, clean color of the crystalline and tropical sea illuminated by the sun ... from there shines all his personality, his maturity, his humility and purity and what about the voice ... his voice is my greatest joy for my inner life and is also the reason for a smile on the lips of millions of people in the world. Even when he speaks, when he makes interviews, hearing him speak for me is like flying in a sky full of positivity. Thanks for these ColdplayDaily videos. My thanks for you and for this group will never be enough. Coldplay in my days and in my heart for always !!! I love you!!!

I am writing this to that person who is just experiencing tinnitus for the first time! I feel you don’t worry! I did the same thing started searching up videos tryna look for cures and I came across this video. If you’re reading this, I want you to know, I know exactly how you feel! I know you’re scared and you can’t handle the noise. You feel like you’re going crazy! First thing I want to tell you everyone’s case is different and for some people it is curable. But someone like me I still have it! I’ve had it for 2 years. I promise you it gets quieter to the point you don’t even hear it anymore! And I can only hear it when I try to find it! Our brains are fucking incredible, eventually it realises the tinnitus isn’t a threat and it puts it in the background where you don’t even hear it! Be patient! Stay strong! I promise you it does get better! I thought I was finished and I couldn’t imagine living my life with this noise. It does get better! If you find it hard to sleep, play some rain noise it helps! Remember do not panic! And I recommend getting ACS custom earplugs! I wear them when I go to any loud events! Even in cinemas! They protect your ears! It keeps everything to 70 decibels and doesn’t ruin the sound quality.

honestly most of the time it goes away usually 6 - 12 months but it can take years and years to go away. Sometimes it can be permanent but if you stop doing what is making it worse or the cause goes away then it will slowly get quieter either from recovery healing or just getting used to it.

Then it started to get slower. These days ım very comfortable with my tinnitus and its okey for me because ı dont care. I have tinnitus but ı can hear very well. The only cure is dont care ı know its very difficult to dont care but you have to live. If you have tinnitus and you like live music just wear earplugs protect your ears. I know there is no cure and it makes no sense because they can cure the cancer sometimes but they cannot cure a noise but ı believe there will be a cure in the near future so we all need to be patient and we all need to be positive.

I struggled for about 4-5 years with tinnitus. And it just stoped. When I look back at it, I think the severity of it increased as I worried more about it. So having my mind focusing on the job that I have now, sort of drove the attention away from it. Another thing that might have helped was these nose spray called Budesonide, it's supposed to have a cocktail of things in it. It's effect is to clear the tube of eustachian. I did a treatment of applying it one time per day during 6 weeks. And the tinnitus went away. It doesn't harm anyone to try it, so maybe could be something to look into to. I hope I help someone, I know how it brings you down and affects life quality. Cheers.

It used to be a popular supplement in USA, around 10 years ago. Now, you rarely hear about it. People took it for improving their memory.
It has the blood-thinning effect, so they would have to prescribe less pharmaceutical blood thinners, probably, & it cuts down their profit, im assuming. Some Doctors recommended this supplement to elderly who had better insurance & memory issues.
I know polluted air, water, food, etc. is a major cause of tinnitus and memory loss. There are ways to take to detox the body from certain metals and plastics, which effect your brain, all your organs, etc. Tinnitus is most possibly telling you your body is in need for you to pay attention to finding ways to remove toxins. I read about it online. Its not my opinion.

Yeah I have it too, Took me a while to not get stressed or panic about it, that's the key to living with it, ignore it and get on with your life and accept that you have it now.
Once I did that over a 6 month period it got quieter for me, went from a 10 to about a 2 it's called habituation your body gets used to the noise and it reduces it, If you keep concentrating on the noise and getting stressed it only gets worst, don't do that, find something that's takes you away from focusing on it. Hobbies what ever works.
Sometimes I have small spikes where it gets louder for a few days, maybe a 4 in loudness but it always goes back down to a 2, this is also normal for some people.
The only time I hear it now is in a very quite room or at night when going to sleep, it used to keep me away at first but now it doesn't I just sleep like I used too. Like Chris Martin said it just a sound in my body that I have now. The trick is to not concentrate on it or get stressed about it and just ignore it...............

Sean h your life can’t be normal when you have tinnitus. You constantly have to remember to go easy on your ears, either by wearing protection or avoiding situations where you can’t wear any. If you have trouble going to sleep and such, consider playing brown noise in the background, or put on a fan or something. But once you’ve integrated that as a part of your life your attention just kinda shifts away and you’re somewhat fine.

i always thought he was scottish for some reason.
yeah, i've got four types of tinnitus. Two permanent in the background but are loud in quiet rooms or when getting to sleep: static grey noise (like old TV static) and tight ultra-high-pitch squeal (estimated 8000hz). Two others are much louder in the foreground and dominate my senses, thankfully these are temporary & intermittent: an estimated 4000hz squeal which only lasts 20-30 seconds, and my worst one: a low-rumble vibration which i can physically feel, always in the left ear (about 100hz) and can last hours, severely disturbing sleep.
Next time i get the bad one i'll try steam!

Tinnitus or earringing can also be caused by tmd, it's not always caused by loud noises etc. but what's different though is that you can get rid of ringing caused by tmd.

Even if you don't have tinnitus, you should take Ginko for your brain. Listen to the doctor who's examined thousands of brains and has seen the effects of various substances on the brain. Anyway, saw this bloke in Vancouver last year and they were awesome! Bryan Adams was a surprise guest and he was terrific too. So many great songs.

I feel bad for folks who develop tinnitus. I've had it my entire life. I've rarely found it bothersome and have instead derived a great deal of enjoyment from it. Most of the time I don't notice it. I notice it now because I'm watching a video about tinnitus. If I'm tired or back when I drank, when I was hung over, it would be really loud. But still never really bothered me. As a teenager, when I smoked marijuana, my tinnitus would trigger ASMR in me (which didn't even have a name in the 80s), so that was awesome.
I don't remember ever not having it. I just always thought it was normal.
I can see how if you developed it, and weren't just naturally programmed to tune it out, it could be a tremendous bother. But mine is awesome.

There is really no such thing as silence, everyone has noise in their ears, whether that be you swallowing, breathing through your nose, moving your tongue etc.. most people if you put them in a soundproof room would hear tinnitus eventually break a threshold. It’s not uncommon and you’re not broken, nothing to mourn.
