Enjoyable videos. What I would personally love to see is from you is a couple videos on the entire repair process from start to finish with everything in between.
I really enjoy your videos, and have started using your techniques on some of my repair projects. Could you show painting and glazing techniques for ceramics. Thanks Scott aka bubba
Thanks so very much! I have watched many of your videos, and they are so educational and well done. Thank you. By the way, I want to purchase the araldite epoxy you linked to, but it looks like it may not be offered on amazon anymore. I can only find the fast, five minute version. Do you have a suggestion of another brand or version that would work as well for repairing ceramics? I live in the US.
Hey can these products work on dinner plates or are they not food safe? Have you got a video on repairing anything with food safe products thank you si much
this may quite possibly be the stupidest question ever. I am repairing, using your tutorials, a very chipped set of Limoges China. I am ready to paint but am wondering if I can use it for the dinner ware that it is after the repairs are complete? Is the paint and glaze food safe and can it withstand hand washing. Thank you for the very detailed, excellent instructions. Cancel Comment
Great video, thank you !! I have one beautiful bowl I got free because it has a chip in it but I don't want to buy all these products I wouldn't use again. Is there something else I could use; I would only be displaying some beautiful faux fruit in the bowl so it won't be washed thus wearing away the repaired section which is about the size of a dime and unfortunately on the very edge of the bowl. Any ideas would be GREATLY appreciated !! 😊😊
I was trying to tell somebody about your videos. I wanted to show them the before and Afters and I’ve looked at seven videos and all I see is you filling in chips. I don’t see any of the before and after amazing painting jobs that you do when you fill in cracks and fix chips.I saw seven videos and none of them were finished. I don’t have any more time so I guess I won’t share them with her.

You're so gentle, and easy to listen to. I would love to see start to finish. I know it won't be prefect in the end, but what to expect . Thank YOU

Can we see an update on the sanding and painting please.
Yes I will record a video on sanding and painting. 😊
@@theceramicrepairstudio Thank you.
Should I use ardelite if I have the chip?
I would just use Milliput
I use Magic-Sculpt 2 part epoxy which dries rock hard and very sandable.
Thanks for sharing!

You would have to look at the manufacturers instructions online.
I’ve had ok success with hardware putty that was also in 2 parts.
How much the cost of glue, and what is the brand name?
The glue is called Araldite, int he description below
Wow. Where can you buy the melipot?
Hi there, I have a list of supplies in my description box and also on my website, int he description box.

It should be fine as long as you haven't used glue which will soften and weaken. I would recommend look at at the manufacturers instructions.
