i was totally obsessed with adachi and shimamura when I read it!!!! i wish the manga adaptation was better but it’s still good imo!!! Adding on to this list I definitely recommend the kase san series!!!

I recognized the logo since they also publish My Dress-Up Darling which i have all the volumes of and a really nice chill series called Beauty and the Feast. Really jealous of all the brick and mortar stores you have to buy manga from. I have to buy most of mine online.
As for the "The Apothecary Diaries" time period: In November, a manga called Though I Am An Inept Villainess: Tale Of The Butterfly-Rat Body Swap In The Maiden Court gets released. On mangakakalot, there are two chapters available. So you could use it as a preview to see what it's about. I personally like the story based of those two chspters and the art is in my opinion very good.

Similar setting, more about doctoring but it also has a strong, eccentric female lead. And it seems like there will be a mystery as well.

Guaranteed that if you take a look at where each volume of said series is manufactured/printed vol 4 was outsourced while the rest were made in either the US or Canada.

I got volumes 27and28 to mha arrive friday and this friday. Im ordering volumes 29,3031to mha and volumes 2,3and4 to my hero academia vigilantes .And im also going out to time master to pick up volumes of my hero academia vigilantes 5,6,7and8 when i go out manga shopping wensday.
