For me with my body shape I find low-rise trousers less flattering as they make my legs look shorter. I also try to avoid wide pants (which swamp my frame) and anything too cropped, which, again, just make my legs look a lot shorter than they even are.
I'm 100% agreeing with you ! High waisted, straight legs are the goal 😍 I've seen petites rock low-rise or wide legs, but they have different body shapes !
Thank you 🥰❤️ I tried with my latest Sézane order the Auguste jacket, it's 50% merino wool and 50% cotton, and it exists in several colors - you can have a look at my haul if you want to see the fit. The Betty from Sézane is 100% merino wool, it's in between a jacket and a cardigan. Both are short, and so very nice for petites 😊 More generally Claudie Pierlot is great for petites, not only for coats and jackets, and there are a lot of shops through the city 😊👍 Almost all my coats are from them !
Thank you, Delph, I agree with all your points. 🥰I am a petite size and a bit curvy, one thing I should be careful of is that many clothes have a too-big arm opening, my bra always comes out at the sides (too much) and the under-arm area stays puffy and baggy. many v-necks are low and my entire chest would be exposed. By the way could you please review this brand when you get a chance: Stradivarius (I discovered them when I traveled to Swiss)
Thank you for watching ! 🥰 Yes, so many things to be careful about 😅😅 Sure ! I've heard about it but never tried it, is there anything in particular you would like me to review ? 😊
@@delphinthecity thank you, Delph! They have an open-flowing blazer www.stradivarius.com/us/open-flowing-linenblend-blazer-l01920242?categoryId=0&colorId=450&pelement=397571171 looks relaxed, fun, chic and perhaps would be a good option since as a petite is hard to purchase online (due to sizing) and get fit clothing!
@@delphinthecity Hi Delph, thank you so much for replying to me. I left comments like three times, but RUclips keeps deleting them! maybe because I added the link of the item I was looking into it! Anyway, the item is Open flowing linen-blend blazer, not sure if M is ok or not. The images look nice and I love flowy relaxed cuts. Since I live in the US not sure return would be easy and free of charge. 🥰Thank you! 😍♥
Hi Emma ! I can see one comment with a link above from a few days ago, somehow I didn't get the notification about the comment... Maybe they first needed to check the link ? 🤔 Linen is not typically a fabric that suits well my body type (learned that during a body analysis session 😅), but I can have a look ! I will have more generally a look at what they have, and if I find a few nice things I will do a try-on review haul in September once I'm back from holidays 🥰

Thank you Delph! Great video!!
I am also petite around 5'1/5'2. Do you know where it would be best to buy jackets or wool coats for petites in Paris?
Thank you 🥰❤️

@@delphinthecity Thanks so much Delph :)
May I ask where your necklace is from? It’s so pretty.
Thank you ❤️
It was a gift so I'm not 100% sure, but there is a little tag attached with a brand name "Béné-Béné" 😊
