Thank you for bringing up the payment plan and cancellation policy. David’s seemed amazing since it’s been open for awhile but scared me because of them NOT having these options. Really hoping I can secure a Jan 2025 booking using DVC Rental Store.
You don’t get the $$ back, you have 2 years to use it. So it’s not coming back to your account. Also, you have to cancel 4 months before the trip. If you go through Disney, you can cancel 1 week before and get your cash back to your account. So, better make sure you go and better get insurance as total is due 6 weeks before trip. There is a lot of risk here………
This is a way to save money. I can get a DVC studio at poly for only $200 more than staying at POFQ. People doing this are planning to go, or will use their credits within that timeframe And she does say you get a credit, not the cash back. It’s a short video.
