    Something you went over quite a lot is so true. Pro players constantly bait people in to 1v1 situations, and into positions that is beneficial to them in almost every fight. What sets them apart is how they do it so seamlessly that it looks like they are full sending but what they are really doing is going 90% of the way, then teasing them into splitting up and not just fully rushing in. They are masters at making people make mistakes which makes even the highest tier of skill based match making look like a bot lobby, when that is far from the truth.

    Love this series.... I've played Apex (mostly for "Fun") since about launch. Not a streamer, don't want to be a pro, but I WANT to be BETTER!! So bad. My learning "style" is a bit unusual, in that I have to extensively analyze, think, try, and then analyze more. Then analyze more and more. But this is hard to do in the heat of the moment. I rely too much on on aiming and reaction speed.. and I ALWAYS get downed trying to "Finish somebody who is close to getting knocked". Thinking more about positioning, cover, healing, is something I KNOW is important, but always lose in the heat of the moment. These videos are helping me think about my game in a different way. Keep it up!

    Some of the best players I have come across on console (and it's very limited I'll tell you) is that if we engage and it feels like the fight is going on too long, or they realize we're being pushed and it's not looking good, they'll suggest we retreat. A smart group of players will follow this suggestion as sometimes the person suggesting it can be running low on heals, ammo etc, or simply know the fight is going nowhere. But of course you'll have the players that will either stay behind and keep trying, or doesn't care what their teammate are suggesting. The latter is the most common I've run into. I'm always listening to what my teammates are suggesting or pining. Some people won't ping at all and I'll turn take a look at the map and see they've left me behind (this is super common with people who are playing together or are in a club together). There's a lot of things that frustrate me in this game as far as being a tea-based game is concerned. I don't often get upset with getting knocked or fighting someone who is better at the game than me, but I will get frustrated with my teammates based on how everything goes down. If I can tell my teammates tried, I accept the loss, but if they don't or they're hiding in the back while I fight (this is super common) and wait to see if I'll knock someone so they can thirst the kill and start looting their stuff (I also think a lot of new players think if they thirst your kill they get RP for it in ranked...), then I'll get annoyed lol It's a team based game, please don't make me do all the work, don't hide behind me, and stop looting everything from my kills. If you need something, please ping and let me know. I may get frustrated, but I try my best to be supportive and help when I can in this game, it's just sometimes the sentiment isn't returned, and then I just want to go off alone. I'll refuse to even retrieve the banner of teammates who rush in front of me to grab loot I was heading towards (say a gun or backpack) and I'll ping that I need a gun or backpack and they look at me and continue running off. If they're new, I'll give a pass, but if you have more than 1k kills...you know what you're doing...and you just lost a teammate haha

    In a game where there's a plethora of action taking place, creativity is paramount as it forces you to turn off autopilot and move into consistent action. One thing that I often notice when analyzing VODs is that most players often just follow a certain path, without really going above and beyond to outwit the enemy. Hence why a lot of players often die due to a lack of creative movement, which I'll honestly say, supersedes aim in a lot of ways!

    • @NoHope_
      @NoHope_ 3 года назад

      @@RayndayGaming yes but you’re saying bunny hopping on it’s own isn’t a thing, not bunny hop healing, 2 different things. I mean the whole video aceu is bhopping around, Just saying bhopping isn’t a thing isn’t true, it’s a very important mech that helps conserve momentum, telling someone new that it’s no longer a thing could limit their progress as an evolving player. And technically you can still bhop heal with any legend just not for very long, sliding down a hill, popping out of a wraith q, falling from a horizon lift, landing off a jump pad etc if timed properly will let you bhop heal for a certain amount of time, at 5:45 aceu is bhop healing, it’s not as effective as previous seasons but it’s still a valuable mech and shouldn’t be dismissed.

    9:35 "This is a person on Aceu's team that comes in to help him, but I want to move on"
    Yeah, lets not focus on that b*llsh$t, or give it too much deep thought.
    In my books that's cheating.
    That 5 secs just caused me to lose all interest in watching this player further.
    What else was going on behind the scenes to firstly orchestrate that, and secondly what exactly was that other teammate doing during this drop encounter???
    Yes, Aceu does have fantastic skills, but that sort of "arrangement" puts his entire credibility into question. This was obviously not some fan having a chance meet with Aceu, the level of communication between them was direct and orchestrated.
    No disrespect to you, Raynday, I love this series you are running and enjoy your content tremendously.

    Correction about the guy on "aceu's team". From what I understand he is a person who want to help him out, but has no affiliation with Aceu. For a member of a team to come into a game and Team when Aceu is playing solo is against tos for Apex. Correct me if I'm wrong I just though your wording was wrong and could steer people to believe he was teaming with Aceu.

      You skipped over it, but he doesn't really take anything from him and really shouldn't have taken the bag.
