I use the Latutude 7490, and one of the 3 reasons i bought it and like it is it's keyboard with a perfect pointer keys. The 7420 and 7410 lacks in this feature, hope 7430 will not, otherwise i will have to update with another vendor.
I'm still confused with the port. I have to plug either the keyboard or mouse but not both at the same time. Can the USB A 3.2 be used with an adapter to connect either mouse or keyboard?
You are wrong. On the right side, this Dell Latitude 7420 has Thunderbolt 4 port with Power Delivery/DisplayPort Alt Mode/USB 4 type-C and one USB 3.2 port near. Also, on the left side here is one more Thunderbolt 4 port. So, it has two universal TB 4/PD/DP/USB 4 ports. I use the Thunderbolt port to connect the Dell TB16(TB=>Thunderbolt) docking station with a few 4K monitors, a mouse, earphones, and an external USB HDD.

Build in RAM not good. compare DELL Latitude 5520 better, have 2 slot for DDR4 RAM and 2 NvME slot

This review gets the ports wrong. those are USB 3.2 and NOT Thunderbolt. It was the whole reason I opted to not get this model
