This is one of the best food videos I've seen... I like that there's no music, I like that you didn't edit out the crunchy noises, your camera is really high quality, and the ambience is comforting. Definitely subscribing and coming back to this video ❤️ and here I didn't think there'd be a replacement for Ilikepotatoes.
The video was peaceful without music. I think you've got this love,you can overcome this disorder. Try with small steps as drinking water between bites and having 5 or 6 little meals a day just to think you're still eating the same amount. Sending love to you.✨
I know this was a month ago but things get better, as someone who either eats or absolutely starves themselves when they’re going through something or are stressed I understand. Maybe not completely but yeah. Hope you feel better ❤️❤️

god I'm craving carbs and sugar so badly - I'm in such a self destructive head space right now... i have a fridge full of healthy meals but all i really wanna do is ruin my body with junk... why am i like this? trying so hard to stay healthy and on track right now. thank god i have no money left or id be out buying donuts & cookies. lol

I consumed 400 calories a day and burned twice as much by exercising and walking, but today I consumed 1000 calories (although I burned 600) and I feel horrible, but everything will pass, tomorrow will be a new day🙌😿
400 calories only in a day??? If thats the case, I want to let you know that you should eat at least 1500... and make sure to be eating the right things! Don't fill up on candy and snacks, eat real food
@@bearaesthetic9512 thats good, but you can still have sugar, it just has to be in moderation; im talking about processed sugar btw, natural sugars are completely healthy for you and you can have any time any day. Also you should incorporate a good portion bread into at least one meal a day.
@@pingu2147 I understand, but now I prefer to consume more fruits than baked goods, since that type of sugar made me lose control, it doesn't mean I won't eat them anymore but right now I want to focus In eating things that make my body better, I also increased the calories a little, they are no longer 400 now they are 600 and yes, I know it's still very little, but I've had Anorexia for years and making these changes is not easy, so I prefer to start slowly so as not to force myself so much :)

next time just say you don't understand eating disorders. it's never about simply the act of eating food. it's also about the overwhelming sense of guilt and the discussion surrounding feeling out of control around food, obsessively counting calories and being stuck in a starvation-binging-purging cycle. if you don't see how a video about this stuff can be triggering to people who are also going through disordered eating, then you're not really bright, are you?

I’ve never in my life seen a crunchy donut, that second one through me for a loop.
The outside shell is what made the crunch sound. It's covered by a hard layer of w.e the sweet was

i probably have a restrictive ed in some way so i binge sometimes. huh i might try recording myself eating or before i eat to get rid of the urges

@@pingu2147 I'm improving that, I no longer eat sweets and now I eat pure vegetables and proteins and a little carbohydrates, but I gave up sugar
