No gloves period
@@cellysalcarpio9942 I pack goods at a commercial bakery. Raw product OK to handle by hand, finished/baked product requires handling with gloves 😒
😋😋 good thing I don't work there because I would overdose on the raw donut dough ❗❗
OHHHHHH is that a thing like raw cookie dough ? Now I'm hungry !
@@Howitscooked 😂🤣 it's all good with a glass of milk on the rocks ❗❗
YUM... EXCELLENT VIDEO
I wonder what the Prices are Now... since this is 2 years old.

@@browndog9402
YES... that is what we do on my birthday every year.
The donut place we go to in Albuquerque, New Mexico.. they were almost $3.00 each... but they're really BIG... worth every penny.
just bought a ticket to Montreal
Watching this makes you understand how Homer Simpson could sell his soul for a donut.
Hahahah agreed ! 🍩✨
WHERE
glazed
Leftover dough?
New batch daily ! They sell out quickly
Leftover dough: the scraps from cutting the donuts is used to make fritters, twists and some other lower quality remains. Once the dough has proofed for the first run of donuts and cut, you can't keep kneading and rolling the leftover dough to make a second batch because it won't respond the same way. Baker's tip: You can use leftover dough to add to the next day's mix to help it along...as they did in this video. They'll let it proof and then refrigerate overnight.
don't forget holes!@@swany65
where are the gloves..?
I should call her ...
โดนัทสีสันน่าทานครับชอบทานมากๆๆ😊😊😊❤❤❤🎉
USD 2.5 each?!
Sounds about right !
500 donuts a day, doesn't sound like a lot, maybe you meant 500 dozen a day. But I do love hand cut.
yeah that's only 41 dozen.
Even tho it's nice to see them putting the effort into it by preparing everything fresh everyday it is still disappointing to see the preparation doesn't include wearing gloves as they are touching the donuts .
You can't argue that even if they'd say we wash our hands.
My god it takes 2 seconds to wear some gloves especially when you're dealing with food that you're trying to sell for others to consume.
Yeah they should also line the boxes with gloves, and the metal rods they use, and you should wear gloves if you eat them too. In fact I do hope you sanitise your stomach before potentially bringing it into contact with the doughnut. Can never be too safe.
He could at least wear gloves 😂
nah imo regularly washed bare hands > gloves

Looks delicious! But ew! they use their bare hands to handle the dough.😯
500? That's it?
I was a donut maker for ten years and never wore gloves.neither did any of the donut shops around.maybe with social media they wear them for show.
Yeah, that's why I don't eat from places like this, handmade is better than machine made, HOWEVER. NO GLOVES forget it
Most cities/counties that have food license requirements state that if a product will be cooked, baked or fried, gloves are not required, only after preparation are they required.
@brendamagee6411 I get that food being at or above certain temp. The town I grew up in, some of our neighbors were business owners one of them, Don and his wife Nancy, owned the The bakery in town, well, Don got a condition, that, somehow the dough, something in the donut dough, caused the skin on his hands to shafe, right, he never wore gloves, right, eventually getting out of that business. Anyway, nothing wrong with human skin, as long as it's cooked above a certain temp, this is a true story about our neighbor years ago, but i do get what your saying about tempature
human skin in your food is different than someone with clean bare hands handling ingredients before they're cooked, especially on the ick factor.@@TorgMetal
Gloves should always be worn
@@brendamagee6411 you do know that there are men who don't wash their hands after using the restroom right? same for women from what i heard.
No gloves, no thank you!!!!
😂
Why is wearing gloves, not a mandate when handling food? I get people wash their hands, but, unless they surgical scrub there’s a possibility of microorganisms between the nails and the hair on these guy's hands. Anyways, who cares… I don't think I have ever eaten a sterilized doughnut.
Hope he’s not that religion that doesn’t use bog roll
I hate sprinkles
merci de ne montrer ni gants ni tabliers sales. maintenant je sais qui éviter à Montréal !
Preparing cooked food should wear gloves, please…
Krispy Kreme Glazed Dozen $13...these $16..why? No thanks
Krispy Kreme does not make them by hand
I own a doughnut shop and we sell a dozen for $60 but this is New Zealand
No f/cking gloves really come on that’s basic wowser
Hey buddy what is the hydration of your dough I am learning how to bake at home Christian from Aotearoa New Zealand Thanks have one for me
Hydration should always be 60% + with any dough, but doughnuts are normally around 70%
😋😋 good thing I don't work there because I would overdose on the raw donut dough ❗❗
