Good mornin' MO. Regardless of how you might think it's not much to make a video of, I guarantee you, it's still my favourite way to enjoy my morning coffee - I enjoy each minute visiting with you. I'm also pretty sure a lot of other viewers feel much the same. Mind you, when you get out 'n about among those mountains, doing stuff you' love, that'll be fun while I sit here on me arse just lovin' it alongside ya, virtually, like, LOL. Thank you and may you and Miss Cindy have peace and health as you prepare for what the winter holds.
I thought about it, but figured it might be a little dangerous. If it was my own tractor I would have, but being county property, if I had got into a wreck, I'd be in trouble. I might have been able to mount it on the tractor somehow? Probably vibrate too much? Maybe I'll do that on the way home.
Old clothes? I bet he don't go outside when it rains lol. Some days are diamond, some days are coal. I'm grateful for em all. Always something beautiful with each day. Unlike you, if we're having a not so good day, we can always pull up RUclips and brighten our days with a muskrat outdoors video. 😊😊 thanks for sharing brother!!
Mornin!nice of you for helping those fellers out.used to be plenty of game for everybody, now it seems like theres 4 people to every known game animal.i sure hope theres more wolves out there to be caught for ya.makes me wonder about that boot track in your trap also.good luck and have a great day!
The Grafton, Crystal mugs that you recently exposed in one of your videos appeared on my feed in the advertisements. Thanks for the warning I wouldn’t of bought them anyway, but I had to chuckle got enough coffee cups.
It is. The framework is all square tubing. It's 100% steel, except for the walk door. It's a nice building really. The sheeting is a little lightweight, and the roll up door has no spring, so it's heavy, but that's the only "flaws" I can find. Neither is a big deal.
@MuskratOutdoors I used to work where we made that type of tubing ,I had used some for rafters in an old garage .It really works well and holds a lot of weight.,good choice 💯👍🇺🇸
Good morning Muskrat. I like your rugged look. It's what makes you, you. My husband is the same way. He hauls heavy equipment, logs, dump truck and sod for construction company. Maybe your boss doesn't have a clue what hard work is like. Smh😊
I hate days when I'm so busy but doesn't feel like a I accomplished anything! Glad you didn't get burnt! Hope you have some wolves left! Good luck with everything my friend!
Good evening. I slept in Waterton lakes National Park in a snow storm in a celebrity. It was a crazy storm. The maintenance men woke us up thenext day. They said they expected a body lol. Have a great day
At the velocity of 17 MPH the cold on the face shouldn't be to awful bad. Me here we have had a couple large winter storms, 12" of wet heavy snow on the first one. The second about 8". Both when I fired up my mountain man weed whacker( AKA ❄️ blower) something broke. This last time was the master chain link to the auger. 😮😢
Good Morning Muskrat, Ya you need to watch that you don't catch on fire again. I've ruined a carthart bibs and vest that way. 😮 Gee , hope you are not out of wolves to trap. Wouldn't that be something ! Still plenty in other areas I'm sure. 🤔 Maybe a full time wolf trapping adventure for you. Now that would be something. Kinda tuff to be in two places at once though. 😢 Have a Great Day. 😊
Funny how people who sit behind desk or not doing the job, always seem to know better than you do. Must be why companies fail all the time because they don't listen to their employees or don't take the initiative to bother to ask their opinion. Have a Blessed Day Friend! Justin
First rule when using oxy acethylene is to wear the proper clothing. I caught myself on fire last year & I had a leather apron but my quilted shirt was polyester. Never thought I'd catch my sleeves on fire. Can't be to careful. I guess wolf harvesting has become popular in your area. Word gets around fast. Let us hope that you get some.
Polyester or nylon is really bad! Melts and sticks to ya! There's really not as many wolves around as people think. Our packs usually run on the small side. 3-5 I bet on average. It doesn't take a lot of them to do a lot of damage though.
@@MuskratOutdoors I will try, need to be running a chainsaw, got a firewood order to fill, I keep wishing and waiting for a "chinook" but the forecast and the weather keeps getting colder!!! (it is almost winter by the calendar I guess) We also have 3-4 inches of snow.....
Good morning Gary. Lucky that was just your pant-leg. If you would have bent over a little farther and dabbed your beard on there, it would have been a disaster! I hope there are still some Wolves around for you to chase. Have a good day my friend.
Good Morning! Ha! Speedy trim! Me too....I'm not sure what to think. I found a bunch of tracks yesterday, but they are small for wolves, about like a black lab wound make. I'm guessing someone had hounds up there? If they are wolves, they are small ones.
I would hate to guess the wolve population in an area like yours. I would think they would come and go and you just have to have traps out when they are there.
That's exactly right. They travel a lot, and come back through a spot every 2-3 weeks. If you miss them, you have to wait until next time. Your traps have to be there in working order, not frozen in the right spot. It's not easy, but that's what makes it fun too.
Good morning Gary. Maybe you should buy a $5 suit and tie from the second hand store to dress for success 🤔. Still look fine with a burnt hole in your pants😂. I have to wear expensive Flame resistant clothing with my job. I get all the mileage out of it I can. Have a good day.🇺🇲🌲🔥🔪
It’s always fun when you bust your tail off for a job only for a boss to seemingly ignore that and blow gaskets over things like your clothes being “old” or “not nice.” Unrelated question. How do you know how many wolves are in the area? Word of mouth, game cam, or IDFG?
Yeah, he retired from the Fairboard. I'm kinda glad of that! All of those things on the wolves. I have cameras out most of the year scouting for them. In September, I had 4, but by October, only 3. That trapper caught one for sure, and a friend sent a picture of another taken from the same area, so that's two, but the trapper told me Fish & Game said his was the third from there. So either that was all of them, or #4 stayed out of the camera's view. Just need to wait and see I guess.....

Good Morning! Thank you very much. I'm glad to hear that. It's hard to find something interesting really. Thank you again for everything!
I don't know about anybody else, but I would have enjoyed watching your drive into town on that tractor. 🚜🥶 👍

I do too. It seems to happen a lot though...... Have a great day Mark
Good morning! I'm wondering how you go about patching coveralls and what glue do you use?? Thanks Adam
Good Morning! Bish's Tear Mender. It's a weird fabric glue that looks a lot like milk. Really runny, but holds together about as well as sewing it.
Thanks for sharing, good morning.
You bet! Thanks for watching it.
