    Very nice Thankyou. I have 3 new tadpole trike frames built for spring. I'm going to try this out on one of them.

    Not bad. I wonder if you could use a paint brush with the slurry. Would be cool to try pinstripes.

      Yes, you certainly could. We were actually going to demonstrate that as well, but decided to stick to one application method. I think you'll see us using a bush soon.

    Interesting. This opens up other possibilities. Thx

      Yeah, there are a lot of ways in which you could use it...we were going to demonstrate using a paint brush for a different effect, but we didn't want to rabbit trail too far. So, you'll probably see that in the not to distant future.

    Sir did you use the same powder type you use in powder coating to make the slurry?

    Hi, I use super chrome plus too, but the clear top coat changes the shine....

      Yes, this is a common issue with all clears, essentially any time you have a clear layer, you will have some refraction due to how that layer flows out. We have found that Acrylic Clear yields a nicer result with less refraction.

    Did you use just regular water?

    • @PrismaticPowders
      @PrismaticPowders  8 месяцев назад

      We used acetone. Water would take too long to evaporate and could possibly contain contaminants that would create adverse effects.

    hi, the acetone turns the powder into clay,

      Hi, if you are getting a clay-like consistency, you will need more acetone to thin out the mix.

    that looks stupid. why not just use your sparkle powder?
    if someone requested that effect, they suck.
