Peter, I'm 24 I just love the way generations before me do long form content like this. It's very refreshing amongst all the high-energy and quick cuts my generation does. I loved this video! It feels comforting, cozy, and nostalgic, even tho I grew up on the PlayStation 2, Wii, and the internet
Yeah, I’m hopeful that frenetic, quick cut editing goes away. I’m in my 20’s but that shit gives me anxiety, it’s a crying shame that’s what’s needed for engagement now.
Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and honest, good dude!!! Thanks for having him on. Not a pinball or gamer, but still found this very interesting.
true
KELLY IS NOT HONEST. He totally ripped Peter off. Sold him junk. Tricked Peter into paying retail for those NHT superone speaker pair. Shame on you Peter for not spending 10 seconds to look it up on eBay. Kelly gave a vibe the whole time that he was not going to sell anything good. He over inflated the worth of everything and Peter was like, yeah, yeah, I guess it’s true since you’re the expert.
@@googleaccount9025 WOW good to know, had no idea, appreciate you saying that.....leave that comment as a stand alone comment not just a reply to mine so Pete knows.
@@pdaddyg6846I’m sure Pete found out once he left the house. It takes only a few seconds to verify it. This format is new for him and he was distracted.
Absolute love this new concept Pete, so much fun to watch. 🤩Such an awesome collection! Great stuff.
It’s awesome to see true passion for the love of an era come back to life in this gentleman’s work😊❤️🙏
Pete is going to learn that on the road you are dealing with people that aren't coming to you in desperate for quick cash. Little bit different when you are the coustomer. Its more like 75% of asking rather than 30-50%. Cool video, loved it!
Craigslist Hunter is what pawn stars and hardcore pawn should have been instead of that fake B.S those shows were. Peter’s show is real and the best.
loved seeing this collection, as a collector of retro video games its nice to hear you chat with a man who knows his stuff.
This was amazing! My childhood in a basement. Just awestruck at the moment.
I don't understand the hate for this video. I really enjoyed it and it is a super interesting format.
What a great collection of the stuff I grew up with as well. Lucky boy to have a Dad that collects toys & gaming items 👍
Great first episode on the road!👏 I loved seeing all the snow! ❄️❄️❄️The truck and trailer is a knockout! Love it😎
So happy to see your On the Road series begin!
Wow. That was a great setup. Thank you for the video.
Loved your first episode on the roaf, Pete!!❤. Great collection.
I meant road😂😂
Absolutely amazing collection! Definitely worth the trip just to check it all out.
Wow, this collection brought back a lot of memories. Especially how horrible Atari 5200 remotes control really did suck that we couldn't even play it anymore, but it did look futuristic back then.
This might be your best video yet. I am excited for the rest of this "on the road" series
Thanks Peter . That kid kept trying to touch everything .
I could listen to this collectible talk all day. So cool hearing the history of all this stuff
I absolutely love the car map animation you inserted into your video. It reminds me of Indiana Jones, and we are with you on your adventure. Nicely done!
I love this because Kelly loves his hobby. Thank you Pete and Kelly!! Shout out to Ethan, too.
I like these kind of videos alot . From the animated truck driving over the map, to the vlog type of video. Very cool video. Looking forward to more of these.
Dude, this is so cool. Love the road trip stuff!
For me, growing up in this era, what an incredibly fun video this was! He had a stunning collection and what is great is it isn't just about the value, or making it a museum of memories he obviously LOVES his collection and it's his fountain of youth/time machine. Even with the impressive tech we have today, nothing compares to the joy and excitement of that era whether it was toys, games, tech, movies, or music. Since we didn't have the internet teasing something's arrival for months or years you didn't know what was around the corner so you were always surprised. I wish I could convince him to be my next door neighbor. I would make every effort to be his best friend! LOL He actually even seems to be a nice guy. Thanks for the journey down memory lane Pete and Kelly. BTW right now there are 25 down-votes for the video, this HAS to be because those people are jealous they didn't grow up in this era.
Already know this series is going to be absolutely awesome, can't wait to see all the variety of collections u go see.
That was a really cool one. I loved seeing all those childhood memories in one place.
I've never seen a person know so much about video games
I used to work in an arcade and bought my own !! My favourite pinball game was Fish Tales !! An amazing game never got bored of the game and was a big money maker !!
I would take Fish Tales over anything Stern has released in the last 5-10 years. The more recent Stern tables are just getting too deep in the rule sets to have fun on a "quick game". Black Knight 2000 is also one of my all time favorites..
Really enjoyed this episode and it was very interesting learning about all the old games and consoles x
He has been waiting for this Peter. You just made putting that room together worth it for him. Good stuff buddy
I’m a pinball guy so this episode was really awesome for me. Love video games as well! The Swords of Fury pinball you were playing was in my childhood arcade and I really have good memories playing it!
Great stuff Pete!! Your channel is one of my favorite things to watch on a screen.
Kelly and Ethan did Michigan proud! Nice people and fair with tons of cool stuff ....
That Trailer is sharp tooooooooo.
it was clear early on he was not ready to sell.
i like hearing this guy. super knowledgeable
Awesome video! I would love to see more like this!
River Raid was one of my favorites. If you reached a certain score you could take a photo of your score and send it in for a T-shirt! I found a Game & Watch Donkey Kong at thrift store for $1 and some guy was low balling me on eBay, I finally sold it for $120.
Great first epsiode :) was interesting an good collection, good that he also sold you some things =)
High Speed is definitely my favourite Pinball game while Black Knight is my #2. Way-cool to see them both in the same room! 👀
Awesome story. Love the era pieces, Sears Catalog is icing on the cake. Pretty sure I'd get along with Kelly! :). Amazing games room!
Long trip for this, good start to the series, thank you!
Great first episode!!
This is Awesome Pete, keep them comming please :)
Thank you Pete, for taking us along with you! I had a great time and this man is so knowledgeable about something I could care less about but he actually got me interested so i watched it all 😅 Hello from the Lone Star state ❤
Hey Pete,
Great video a lot of these games and systems bring my memories back.
My cousin worked in an arcade and I would play all day long.
👊✊👊
Your remote was a success. Great stuff.
Great episode. Excited to see more!
Hey great first video! Good on you for avoiding revealing location information.
Grew up in Mid Michigan
The lake effect can make the snow pretty ridiculous, beautiful country.
Pete you are a good guy. I was lucky to find your channel that many years ago now…Love it.
Great video!
What a great dad having his son hang out and see the interaction of his dad and Pete. Something dad and son can look back and watch the video of them 2 for years to come.
I hope more parents learn to involve their kids.
Pete by no means went home empty handed. He gained a couple new friends PRICELESS!
He gained knowledge
And props to the guy behind the camera for his work!
Welcome to PURE MICHIGAN
I totally disagree... Keep in mind this is business and Pete was very professional. If the child kept to himself and watched that would have been fine, but grabbing things out of his hands and interfering was out of the realm adult interaction. Great job Pete, loved the video, keep the distractions away from the negotiations. He had no idea what was going on and he shouldn't have been subjected to it.
@purplenewbiejuiceoutdoorad6751
Pete is a great business person. And he likes raw interaction.
His channel is based on characters. Alot of his adults that come into the store act like kids.
He wouldn't be buying cottages by the lake if he was dumb and own a successful store and business
Never tell someone they did it wrong if they are successful.
Great Dad?😂. Did you even watch what the kid was doing? 95% of the time he was bored out of his mind. The other 5% he was just getting in the way. His great dad practically ignored him during the whole video.
Really…Peter gained new friends 😂. This just wanted to brag about his collection and couldn’t wait to have Peter leave his house.
Also, who are you to tell someone not to give their opinion.
Damn! seeing that Atari Lynx brought back some forgotten nostalgia, I had one of them and I thought it was some space age shit as a kid back then, completely forgot about that era of consoles and gaming! Awesome vid thanks to everyone for sharing.
Pete, this video was a lot of fun! I am not a re-seller, nor do I know anything about arcade games. You definitely make it interesting. Cannot wait for more!
What a great first episode for the road trip series. And what a knowledgeable guy. Your future hosts have got a lot to live up to.
Great collection! Thanks for sharing this with us Peter!
Awesome video Pete!! keep those on the road videos up plz
That kid doesn't stand a chance.
The little truck graphic over the map amazing🎉
Great vid, totally enjoyed! Thanks..
Great video. I’m not into gaming at all but watched till end and found it all very interesting and lots of knowledge. Side note: next week I’m going to the Pinball museum in Vegas. Can’t wait to explore and play the games. Check it out next time you’re back out west. New giant location on LV blvd. You can play all the games so bring quarters with.
Love the video Peter! Very interesting. Thank you.
Great job Pete. Hoping to see a lot more of these.
That new little intro was awesome! Also River Raid is one of my favorite games as well.
The guys kid keeps trying to grab stuff that his dad is holding. That would drive me nuts
I think he's autistic
Bro it’s a child, relax
The dad, is keeping all this for his son.
Then don't have kids. What a weird takeaway from this vid.
I bet he's not allowed to go through this stuff on his own so this is his chance lmao
Really enjoyed your first road trip episode Pete.... Great idea !
This was awesome! Love Craigslist Hunter on the road. 👏
Welcome to Michigan! Thankfully where I am located, we have way less snow then where you went. Good video. I absolutely love retro gaming myself. I started with Nintendo myself.
Great new video format!
Excited about the road trips. You got a fun year ahead of you, you can go anywhere n buy stuff n ship it to yourself ! Smart man
Love your hustle Pete, i really do
Love this video please keep it up. From a long time fan! Thanks Pete can’t wait for next one
Good 1, Mr. Pete
Hey, Pete. Much love from California
That’s a cool pinball collection!
I can see this man's passion for anything gaming and I'm the same but I don't collect. I have 5 games consoles, 2 switch, 4 laptops and several desktops all set up for gaming. I bought a PS4 pro just to play the Horizon Zero series as it was exclusive for a long time but most of my gaming is on my laptop nowadays through Xbox cloud gaming, Steam or the EA/Ubi portals. My son has in his room a Series X, PS4 pro, laptop, Switch and a desktop plus 2 VR headsets because he caught the bug from me at a very young age. He was playing Rayman and Minecraft at 5 years old and it was a struggle to find him single player games that were for his age so we got him games like Sonic and Spyro.
Amazing collection. ❤❤❤
Absolutely love this new format. Reminds me of American pickers without the fluff. The future is bright with Pete. Id probably change the Craiglist Hunter name but i understand why he hasnt too. I could easily see Pete getting a TV show. They would just not use the CL Hunter name.
What an absolutely delightful watch Pete, keep these comin!
Loved this Pete. Keep doing these types of videos.
Great collection. Loved seeing it. Cheers
Peter got my man standing out in the snow for some B-roll. 😅
Great collection! Thanks for sharing!
What a great episode. So much nostalgic info for me. My friend had a Sega Genesis, but I opted to purchase the Turbografx 16 and would go to Electronics Boutique at least once a week to see what games would come out for it (Bonk's, Legendary Axe, TV Football, Ninja Spirit, etc.). I don't remember what I did with it, but obviously should've held on to it.
Loved it. Brilliant show
I really enjoyed this new style of content. You guys did a great job. This is Network worthy in my opinion!
I had a Magnovox Odyssey in the early 80's. Only two stores in my state sold games. Loved the nostalgia of this video. Thank You.
Great episode!!🎉
Awesome episode. Love it.
Definitely the biggest and neatest collection by far I have seen
That guy is so far, he needs to give a good ass deal haha
Hey Peter this video was effing AWESOME!!!!!!
great first location.
very interesting to see other peoples collections.
thanks to all involved.
wow, this was amazing cant wait to see more videos in the series.
Welcome to Michigan! I'm just south of Lansing! Love Michigan and all of its seasons. I will never leave this state!
Great people for the first episode.
Enjoyed!!👍👍
Great video, these videos are gonna be fun
i like the video just ask parents in the future not to have the kids lingering around while you film. Just takes away from the experience. They can say hi at the begining and then have them off camera. 👍
Loved the first on the road episode and saw some cool stuff. Can't wait for more.
ahhh good old atari! i remember the story of the guys digging up the landfill where they buried all the unsold cartridges.
Crazy to hear ham radio calls on a pinball game things you hear when just listing over this video
