Holy shit, this is EPIC. Thank you for taking the time to walk through. I've found so many services and apps that I didn't know about from this video - boy have I got a lot of work to do!
i messed with the BIOS settings and have it set to only get loud when it absolutely has to, the resting noise volume is very minimal and you dont hear it in my videos because i have audio supression set but even without it its not that bad
Thanks for the video. Got some inspiration from it, will check out some of the services you showcased. I am surprised you are not using home assistant :D The rabbit hole is deep with HA.
Hey Bryan, thanks for the amazing walkthrough! Definitely got some inspiration from this video. I'd love to hear more about what you're doing with Oura in your setup. Will be trying some of these out in my Kubernetes homelab for sure. Also, just wanted to thank you for your videos on autism. They have helped me tremendously and I am now in the process of getting diagnosed, but I'm already happy with having discovered that I'm almost certainly autistic.
Oura stuff is next video! its coming soon :) I'm glad you like the Autism content, i do intend to make a lot more of it but i want to get more formal research completed first, soon!
Enjoyed every minute of this. I'm jealous of the homelab and the knowledge, but not jealous of the work you've put in! Congrats on the major progress and procedures in place. Thanks for sharing your toolsets. QotD: "Because I want to be depressed, I guess?" lol
Glad you liked it! I love my lab and if people love the video and the content I’ll make more of it! Then you too can have a mortgage interest rates daily digest workflow to make you depressed too :D
some of it from schooling at WGU but you can learn any of this with research and study, youtube, articles, project based learning, that like 98% of what got me where i am today. i was self taught for YEARS before i went back to school for fun
@@BryanJenks how many monitors do you have? my homelab is way smaller but still descent, when i tell my wife that I installed something cool, she asks me, how many people watch those monitors and uses those servers? [me] 1 🥺 hahahaha (she got me)

I would be interested in how much noise the systems generate?
