Great video as always. Ever since your man Loma appeared on the scene, he's almost single-handedly changed the face of boxing - at least in the lighter divisions. He's absolutely wonderful to watch and gives the phrase "the science of boxing" a whole new meaning. I coach a bit at our local boxing club, but what the kids really want to learn is "Loma moves". Unfortunately, I can't really teach them that. I'm 78 years old now and I was an amateur boxer for 34 years from age ten, never going above welterweight. My old-style "boxing reflexes" are far too ingrained for me to learn (or teach) new ones. But it's the younger trainers at the club who are just as excited to teach "Loma moves" and they're very, very good at what they do. They really impress me. My main task is to teach the young 'uns to recognise and avoid the cheat moves when they come, like, for instance, lace-scraping, elbowing, head-butting, lead-foot trapping, blind-side punches etc. It's a good time for boxing when young kids are eager to learn and some of them really do have genuine talent. I hope they go far. MsG
