Real property and Crim pro are available for a monthly fee, but this course doesn't seem to be available unless you pay $1,000 for bar prep, which is sadly unhelpful for a 1L or 2L final exam. Michael has a gift for teaching, it should be more easily accessible!

i hate the mindset "lets study this just to pass a certain exam" instead of lets study this, so we can actually do something in real life with this information. this leads to alot of students waste time learning stuff just to pass an exam. instead being more efficient or practical.

If you’re going to practice in areas completely unrelated to the tested area, it’s just part of the process unfortunately.
