I… I think I need to run curse of strahd dungeon babies. Ireena Kolyana took in a bunch of orphan children before bad things happen, takes them along when she flees town for what she thinks is their protection.

I made a game where heroes age over play and eventually retire. Players felt punished for living - and as a warrior myself I remind us that the reward for surviving battle is old age
