@@HANDNK The Swamp cave from The Island map, that red crate can be ass sometimes though, if he found 1 in a deep sea loot crate i'd recommend just farming those, at least you'll get a better chance of finding better loot instead of likely finding structure blueprints like a refrigerator, auto turret or GPS blueprint in a red drop lol

For those who play on Lost Island, I found a saddle and a saddle BP of Rhynio in the Labyrinth, to be specific it's the one in the big room with pillar around
Skylord's cave on Lost Island, near the green tower, easy blueprints farm, I already dropped 5 bp of rhyniognata, every hour, two loot crates are born there.
Dude, how on earth has your channel not exploded in popularity?? I've been playing ARK for years, easily over 3k hours, and I've leant a lot of actual tips and tricks recently with your videos than I have with most other guides nowadays. Concise, very informative and clear info, no faff, just a great video. The ocean is one of the only thing that absolutely terrifies me in ARK because I'm usually pretty useless without these tricks and I've been wrecked by wild creatures way too much lol Maybe an army of megs and a basi will be my new best friends.

Because it's 99% Ark content which is a niche game within a niche genre, known largely for its toxicity. It is not as popular as you might think, while it's a great idea and certainly fun at times it's so poorly made even people who like it struggle to put up with the janky coding.
Been playing this game for 5 years and didn't know a lot of these tips, sitting on the wooden chair was an awesome way to start, had no idea you could do that lol, I don't really go underwater too much but this video helped a TON! Another great video!

I’m a new Ark player and I love the raft. When built correctly you can really turn it into a floating base. Smith, mortal and pestle, even a fabricator fit. I could even put in an electric generator.
I’m seriously considering making an electric raft and building it up so I can outrun the whales.

Been playing this game since Playstation launch, often help people with their questions on Reddit and certainly wont say I know all but normally these vids never learn me something new...until today. The storing honey on a prim fishing rod was a new one for me.
I knew about org poly into soap, refresh shock darts by unloading the 1 in your rifle, etc but this is actually handy. As I normally play PVE, I used drops to store stuff like honey, cakes, antidote, leech blood and bile as when you pull out it resets their spoil timer. But not having to take up slots for honey is actually usefull.

Many ARK content creators seem to create top 10 vids as I assume they get views and are easy/easier to make with as a result it seems everyone copy/paste from each other. But your vids are really well put together, you clearly test your statements. Earned yourself a new sub

What a great video! I haven't seen another like it that covers so much. I have over 2000 hours in ark and learned a lot from this video as I am like a lot of pve players and haven't spent very much of that time in the water. Thank you for inspiring me to change that!

the best way to get lots of fish in fish baskets, which has saved me lots of pain and suffering when taming Shadowmanes, was to put a bunch of them down, aggro some fish (piranha or Sabertooth Salmon if there are multiple of them in the area), swim to the baskets you placed down, and start spamming that use button like your life depends on it. You'll take a bit of damage and if you're unlucky the fish might destroy some baskets, but if you spam it enough, they'll be trapped before they damage you or the baskets
Best tuso spawn area is the dessert coastline in Crystal Isles. They tend to beach there

Really great video, so much info. I use a tent to trap fish instead of a cage, not sure if it works on official or not since my collision is off. But I'd say it has a better chance of working than a cage just cause it's wider

Thank you some tips I didn't know. Also no monarky videos? :( There is also one thing that made me sad that you didn't mentioned cave on Lost island in water both for black pearls and loot. At start there is black pearls in entrance and after you bite your way trough some jellys you get 4 water drops from there. My favorite loot spot :) Also we need more Center love....

I was thinking about mentioning the cave btw, I only decided not to include it because the other 3 caves are just better quality of loot 😁 It is my favourite loot spot too though when playing Lost Island! Yeah, I agree! Hoping when ASA drops the Center will finally get the love it deserves! Still one of my favourite maps even in its current state 😆

BPs need some serious rebalancing. Needing tens of thousands of materials for a single saddle is the reason I started using the Upgrade Station mod. I'll have to see if I can find the insane saddle I had that made my decision for me. Will update this if I do. It's definitely still a grind with the mod, but way better than some of the crate/drop BPs I've seen; pretty sure it's like 32x the primitive cost to upgrade an item to ascendant quality, which I feel is fair enough.
Yeah it's pretty painful crafting them blueprints :( hopefully something gets changed for ASA, I doubt it though :(
@@BEYPlaysGames I also doubt it, but we can hope lol. Found the saddle BP. Ascendant Rock Drake saddle with 248.5 armor. 19,570 fiber (66 stacks), 30,442 hide (153 stacks), 10,872 metal ingots (37 stacks), and 7,393 red gems (74 stacks)...upgrading that with the mod would only cost like 45% of that, which is still a lot, but at least more achievable.
Also crystal isles beached tuso are always good levels for me and easy

13:10 there is one other dino who is immune to leech agro that being the beelzebufo aka frog, its probably the best mount to use in that swamp cave with all those leeches and bugs which frog demolishes
They're good! I use them just to farm cp from that cave!

It is one of the faster semi-aquatic mounts.
I agree, they are great tames! The question I asked myself when I recorded the video was are they as versatile as the Baryonyx or Shadowmane and the answer was no haha. Which is the only reason why I decided not to mention them!
I can also recommend sarco as they are just stupid fast in water
I like the Sarco but Baryonyx is far more versatile, it's just a better tame tbh!

Great info Bey! Question for anyone who has tried this: does the Liopleurodon buff persist from map to map? For instance, if I am on a cluster, can I tame a Lio on Island and run the two Island caves and then transfer to SE to run the desert drops?

Here's one, try turning 180-90 degrees underwater on a mosa, get yourself, your inventory, your shoulder tame deleted, swim back in time to watch the mosa also get deleted cause there isn't room to fight the alpha squid. Then quit the game in disgust 😂🎉❤ pro game for pro geeemers. 10-¹⁰ will scam again.

On rafts will tyey fix bug that makes them unbreakable by lowering foundations to prevent it from taken damage something need to improve
I honestly thought it still worked, then again I haven't lowered them in so long, kinda gave up with them once the Leed was added!
Dunkleo don't need a bodyguard because it is an absolute tank, pretty much only creatures that can kill him are alphas
Lol you contradicted yourself there. They do need a bodyguard, they can't outrun anything, a Tuso can just come along and pick them up and like you said, all it takes is one alpha! Yeah they are tanky af but still there's only a certain amount of punishment they can take and if you are using them for farming then you ain't gong to have one with pumped health or melee.

I will point out you missed a much better place to to find mosas and tusos which the massive cave underwater on fjordur because within a 20 minute period I found bear minimum of 20 to thirty of both of them and around every ten of each was an alpha
Which is the cave in between swamp Island and the island under it on the map
The one with all the Alpha Mosasaurs and Tusos? Yeah there's loads, too many if anything haha, It did come to mind but it's very dangerous, not so easy to flee that place if you aren't familiar with it! Decided to steer away from it. Upon release before they changed the alpha spawn levels you'd see at least 3 or 4 in there together, I don't think it's as bad as that now though!

Why does a shark... have a pack buff.. i never knew that a megalodon was designed as a PACK animal in Ark. No wonder there are so many. I've played since early release day and never new this. oh my god.
Yeah they were not at first until the TLC update they got a few years back now, now they are super strong tames! :D

My guy over here trying to be a smartass not realizing half these creatures were not even released back then or creatures already in-game hadn't had their updates or TLCs for that matter, neither did half of the maps exist, not to mention underwater caves being non-existent in 2016, the list goes on. Leech blood seems a little better than honest atleast on my servers
Can only catch Coel fish with Leech Blood! And only up to a certain weight! You can catch the heaviest fish with honey!

@@xFilthyxmaybe I’m wrong about that but honey will definitely attract the larger fish and I’m pretty sure the larger ones drop better loot because they take longer to catch.
@@xFilthyxyou’re right, it can catch both lol but I had to check wiki! Honey can catch bigger fish, up to 2.4 and leech blood will catch up to 1.8!
