    I truly believe an open mind and open heart is way easier to absorb more positive rather than always focusing on what negatives stick out. I think it will become more natural as the progress continues to grow and my perspective of me and self love are where I feel empowered and “can’t touch this” becomes my mindset every second, not just for the moment. Very proud of what I have got through and excited to where I will May go from here!!☀️

    dam i have been doing something for 10 years which is not related to what i want in life. and thats the core of my anxiety and physical symptoms!! wow.
    i never thought that can affects on my body that much!
    thank you Dennis for letting me understand this condition more.

    I can't believe that people thumb down these helpful and informative messages ?
    Dennis is a beacon for millions of people who are being challenged by anxiety.
    Instead of being negative towards someone who really helps people why don't you people go and get help for your problem!
    And hopefully one day you too can help people!

    The most common thing between people that developed anxiety is that we don't put some effort but want magical solution!We build anxiety sinse childhood and we want a magic solution in a small amount of time!!!We have to work hard to tell ourselves that we can work this out!The most dangerous thing is saying that anxiety is an illness!!!My therapist told me that I used to see myself as anxiety and as an illness!That is wrong !!!

    Love your vids. However, when a person is suffering so acutely that they cant get more than 3 or 4 hours of sleep per night. The anxiety is so bad for me right now that I havent slept right for weeks and I'm losing it.i just need some goddamn sleep so I can utilize these skills that you are teaching us. I truly believe in this channel? But right now I am so desperate for some sleep that I am effectively disabled.

    Dennis as I'm sitting here having a full blown panic attack since ive woken up. I have a question. How do I prepare myself and my mind like you were speaking of? I am so Effn done with this anxiety bullshit. I am so over these panic attacks. I am about to begin the second stage ot your program and now I'm scared that it won't work

    hi guys i am following the programme the thing is awareness i do so much effort but not aware of it its like a empty meal eg after going out all day and winning the fight i wake the same no feeling of progress
