In 1962 there was runing war between india and chinyna the NAD defence project in the uran and that time all material of defence travaling by road the road not.in good condiction so central government notification in jamav bandi addesh by raigad colector to all farmers of uran ,panvel and diva the newly railway track work complided in one year panvel to uran NAD , Mouje kala dhonda is near the NAD so central railway take the 45 ecar land in the rent basis from kala dhonda farmers for 11 months . Farmers would not get the payment of rent and land up to date but uran railway station newly complited by railway and cidco
Above projects land s documents have a ready by , "uran praklp grast kruti seva sansth ,"
