Like tell us the weight of the yarn, what hook size or needle size it recommends, and what the yarn is made out of. Love all the yarn u got !! What kind of scarfs are u gonna make with scarfie ? I've never used it , and it feels a bit scratchy to me , but there's a colourway I love soo much. The blue and white
I have a bunch of patterns I haven’t decided on which ones I’m going to use for all the yarn yet. I’m planning on making both scarfie yarns infinity scarves. I am going to make a video about which patterns I’ll be using for each yarn soon!
Great haul! I don't understand why Joann's ships in so many packages, maybe it all comes from different warehouses. I placed a fairly substantial order with them awhile back, and practically everything shipped separately, including individual skeins of embroidery floss, d'oh! The packaging waste and the hassle of multiple trips to the PO just wasn't worth it, so unless Joann's is the ONLY online source that has something I need, I generally shop elsewhere. But they do have good deals, and you got some nice yarns! Have fun!
Yeah it was a lot, each package came from a different state. I’ve never had an order come from so many places before with them. I really hated the amount of plastic. Especially, for an order that could have fit in two boxes. I normally purchase yarn in person from Joann’s.
I am having the hardest time finding size 7 yarn. I can't find a variation of colors or anything in stock. Also, i hear of people getting these great sales. What am i missing?
Once I knew what I wanted, I checked Joann’s website every few days until it was A) in stock in the color I wanted and B) was on sale. So it probably took me two or three months of checking. I’ve only bought this yarn from Joann’s but I know there are small businesses on Etsy that sell it. I’m not sure on cost from Etsy however.
