Lee is an Angel here on earth 🌎. He has the ability to allow a this sweet baby to decompress and then just be. Lady’s leap at the end of the clip told it all

My fiancee and I adopted the dog in my profile picture 1st October, 2018. After he'd been rescued by the police and RSPCA in the UK.
He had been abused and used as a bait dog for dog fighting, prior to being rescued.
While he was at the rescue centre, he became withdrawn and depressed. But on meeting my fiancee and I, he ran over to us, rolled onto his back wanting attention and fusses.
We were only going to foster him, but fell in love with him there and then and we knew we couldn't give him up. So we put in the adoption paperwork and 2 weeks later he has liked as the King of our home.
He turned 15 last month and still thinks he's a puppy sometimes.
What Lee and his team do is amazing. Especially with the high number of dogs he has under his care along with the other animals. He still has the time to give each of them his special love.
Good god that man is an absolute unit. So much strength both in form and spirit.
he's awesome. he just goes around rescuing dogs and brings them all to live in his house, go on group hikes together, live in a big pack. he's the bestest.
Who wouldn't melt in his arms?
People can say what they want about how Lee approaches new dogs but it's very clearly working for him and those dogs. And it works well for them. Perhaps experts and professionals need to recognise that they might not know everything and just because it doesn't work for them, doesn't mean it won't work for everyone.

i think there just saying it`s risky putting your face near a dog when it`s nervous it could snap at you out of fear not malice and make a mess.

@touchofgrey5372 ohhhh what a horrible guy, he used some companies so that he could support his dream to help as many animals as possible and he used The Dodo to help his channel reach more people so he can get more awareness out there. Like The Dodo hasn't "used" people like Lee to make their channel more popular, it goes both ways. Also, he left a very high paying job and gave it all up to help animals and he traveled all over the U.S. to do that. So say what you will (you are entitled to your own opinion) but my opinion is that you are dead wrong about this man.
has nothing to do with it the fact is when you work with animals their biggest asset is their smell Lee shirtless is a good and very intelligent move the armpits are one of the strongest glandes of hormonal secretion and when they smell his scent upon all the other dogs they know this human is safe and like us all

Lee is such an incredible, special man, who has such a way with not just dogs but all animals! They just seem to instantly have a connection and sense of security with him like I have never seen before. He made a video yesterday on his channel about all the naysayers who say negative things about how he rescues animals and puts his face in their faces too quickly and maybe they are right. However, first off anyone with any kind of common sense knows that way isn't for everyone and secondly, Lee is not dumb, he has been at this for awhile and he knows how to "read the room" so to speak. He knows if an animal has an aggressive way about them he is not going to put himself and the animal in harm's way. I for one am so appreciative of Lee, his animals, and his staff and volunteers. His video yesterday was quite funny.... I guess his videos had been shown to dog trainers and he's been criticized for how he approaches a dog..... And he said "they're right".... But the funniest part was him saying "watch what I do and do the opposite" lol..... He has a heart of gold.....

What a beautiful sweet precious baby! When Lee said "No one's ever gonna hurt you again," the tears flowed because that's such a beautiful thing to be able to promise and keep. That's love. I say that yo my two new adoptions who were about to be euthanized because they were long stays in a kill shelter whose time had "run out." Well, no as far as I was concerned. My two new babies are part of a pack of 8 now and i say the same to them everyday with the same huge and kisses and love Lee gave Lady.
