For the last step to becoming a Marine in Marine Corps boot camp, you have to do this thing called the Crucible, which is a 54 hour training exercise thats excruciatingly mentally and physically strenuous. For the last bit of that exercise, you walk 9 miles from where you were training back to where your barracks are and this open concrete graduation deck where you earn your Eagle Globe and Anchor. Through the last bit of that entire hike back, from between me being a recruit and becoming a Marine, I was chanting this song in my head on loop. Thanks for helping me make it EDEN :)

This song feels so good. In most of EDEN’s songs you can hear how heartbroken and upset he is. However, in this one you can feel his hope. You finally get to hear him happy. Thank you EDEN. Carry on.
This is exactly how I feel about it. My first exposure to EDEN was their song “Drugs” and it’s just dripping with bitterness and resignation and self-loathing. And at the time that was what I felt so it was powerful to me. And right when I needed this song, it came to me.

Short story: Dec 2019, our 16 month old son passed away due to injuries while under the care of another person. I've listened to Eden for years but only I found this song spring 2020, just around the time when the person responsible was formally indicted. The amount of raw emotion this song pulled when i listened to it indescribable. I literally felt lighter toward the end of the song and was actually able to look a pictures of our baby and smile. Will never forget that moment and I wish everyone could experience the power of music. Still here in 2021.

I felt that shit. It's 4:52 am here as I listen to the song. I haven't slept because I was working on my RUclips videos. I only recently hit 100 subscribers. I'll start sleeping early once I've made it big.
Almost 6 years later, and this song is undoubtedly one of the best songs I've ever heard in my life, so many raw emotions, so much energy, there's something about this song that makes it so realistic, it sort of reminds me of taking your next step in life and progressing as a human being, like a graduation or finishing your service in the military, I can't even begin to explain how it makes me feel, I feel overwhelmed every time I listen to it, no matter how many times I listen to it, I'll never find it dull and it'll always make me feel a certain way...

Gotta say, this music truly is something else. I’ve heard Eden for many years now, and although most of his musics are top tier, this one is just on another level. I usually listen to the same songs all the time, bc it’s really hard for me to just get used to new ones (sometimes I can take months to realize that a music is actually really good). But this one, I still remember the first time I heard it. I was searching for more eden songs and put them all on queue, while doing other things. I was probably not paying attention for the last 3 musics. The feelings I get when remembering this is just like a cloud mess of noise and buzziness. Until that part. You know which one. “But I’ve never felt so free”. He sings that… differently. Its different from any of his songs. Everything just stopped when I listened to that, and I thought “ok this is something special”. For the next minute I just stood there listening to the rest of the song at max volume in silence. This music has been with me for almost 3 years now. I remember a particular day, the first hard day in a new journey for me that I knew would have a lot of bad days, when I got tired for the first time. This song was the only thing that calmed me down. And the bad days did come… and they were worse than I thought. For a while, the song did lost its meaning for me, no matter how hard I tried to convince myself otherwise. But it did get better. And worse. I’m still finding my fights, but I’m not taking back the feeling of just seeing myself through these lyrics again in like a year of just being kicked by life. Don’t know exactly where I am right now, but one thing I learned is that, indeed, my feet will find a way. They always do. Just want to write this because in a few weeks I will know if these last two years have payed off. They probably did in a way, anyways. And this music just means everything to me. It’s not just relatable, as I chose to be a person that would relate to it. It really is something elee, the lyrics, the harmony, how it grows, but also how Eden sings and feels. It is his magnum opus for sure, and I know I’m not the only one who thinks that. Anyway, just wanted to post a comment to anyone who’s just like me and likes to see other people’s experience with your favorite music. And thank you eden for making a music that I’m forever proud to say it’s my favorite
I listen to a lot of different music and it’s rare I remember my first time hearing a song. This is one of those songs it’s a masterpiece
I cant believe that i’ve been listining to eden for 7 years now. Im the happiest about finding eden as a artist out of all the other people i listen to first. I love finding underground artists but i litterly have had eden playing whenever i feel any bad way and it just makes me happy or good again.

This popped up in my recommended after forgetting about it for nearly 5 years. After a really long and hard day, and 5 years really, this is here to comfort me in my time of need. It is crazy how timeless and precious this music is. These people are really making music and encapsulating it in time, to talk to us whenever we need help along our journey. I have no doubt in my mind that divine intervention is afoot! We will forget all the beauty this life has to offer when we get lost in darkness, but the light will always try to shine through.

This song hits so hard for me. For years I’ve been not okay. It wasn’t until recently that I’ve gotten better and this song always pulls on my heartstrings cause it reminds me of the struggles that I’ve faced and how far I’ve come to get better.

This...This song is my favorite out of all the songs I've heard in my lifespan every other songs come and go but this song is powerful. More powerful than what life could ever throw at you. This song, no matter what the event, can help you through it. I've been through some of the worst times in my life but this song has helped me tremendously with everything. Ever since I've heard this in May 22, 2015 , It has changed my view on my life.

This song holds a really special place in my heart because my brother just went to college about a month ago and he used to play this song all the time in his car when him and I were driving to high school. Even just by listening to this song only one time today made me cry a lot. I even cried writing this comment a couple times. Dang, I really miss my brother. I hope he does well in college.
