    This used to be the best software and very user-friendly to help me to help my 93 year old mother fix her computer. Now it is a horrible nightmare. I am sad to see that it has changed so much, and not in a good way. It is very difficult to use, even for me and I am reasonably tech savvy. Please simplify this again.

      Totally agree..why did they change so uncomfortably? It’s so ugly to use this one..

    Someone should tell them If its not broken don't try and fix it, it was so simple and easy to use, now its a nightmare with a steep learning curve, difficult to navigate with very few logical prompts, this tutorial is very helpful but I'm now searching now for a simple alternative

    The old version was great. The new version implemented in 2023 is a mess. If you have a remote license with desktops already connected, the upgrade disconnects most of those remote Pc's and you have to reinstall them again at each device. What a mess. I'm in the process of moving all my clients off. Team Viewer support can only fix about 10% of the disconencted devices. They rest are on you. My suggestion: Use a different application. This one will cost you too much to maintain.

    Why have they made it so complicated? The old version was fine.. please the company to change it like before!😏

      TeamViewer team is totally disconnected from the market - I don't think even that they use it.

      It's no different from how Windows how does things -- Every new version, a bunch of changes just for the sake of changing! Gotta give those whizkid programmers _something_ to do, even if just frustrates and aggravates the end user!

    it takes time to learn the new interface.....but that is all...a little time...

    • @shmilblick1
      @shmilblick1 3 месяца назад

      "Time to learn" ? even the TeamViewer support is looking for locations of options/features ... If I need to learn a new interface - I'll learn the GUI of another S/W , that works.
