Thanks for sharing all these gluten free recipes. It is so hard to find good, easy recipes. Baking gluten free is very intimidating to me and I stick to easy recipes. I am so excited to try this recipe this weekend!
You can stuff these also with feta cheese, oregano, mint, black pepper and a bit of yogurt for a savoury snack or breakfast with some yogurt on the side! Yum!
