The only way you would not be able to get Hyperreal is if you leave balter's patch with little to no black cards. Not getting Hyperreal will negatively affect your account by quite a bit, so plan for him. (You can get around 7k bc per patch, and balter patch will have quite a bit more than that).

As someone whose final straw to enter PGR was a singular Veritas gameplay video, and as someone who has Bianca as favorite character, *my time has come.* Have the funds to roll for her, her weapon and possibly her CUB(still checking for this last part). Eight Memory Resonance USBs ready, and enough memory shards to deal with the other 4 missing resonances for awakening. Upgrade materials and Leap mats for Rosetta ready. Bouquet of white lilies(her favorite flower) is already on my hand. I will just sit here, patiently, as I wait for her arrival.

What rank is generally considered best bang for buck for her? Definitely considering pulling as high as SSS, but I'm not sure whether there's enough advantage between SS-SS3-SSS to go for one of the latter two.
SSS-Rank is the last evolution that changes her kit in a significant way, so if you prioritise fun it's good to stop there. Everything beyond SSS-Rank is just straight up number increases. Best of luck with whatever you choose to go for 🙏
Bianca was the character I fell in love with when I first got into the game. Veritas was ny first S rank, first SS, and so far my main that carried my terrible skill. As much as I want to pull for Bianca, I really can't. As an F2p I'm trying to do damage control to my account because I don't even have a lightning and ice team yet and that deals to much impact on my resources and my endgame clearing. I'm saving my black cards for Lee Hyperreal because I already have Liv Empyrea and Nanamecha which is my strongest team, followed by dark team with luna, and physical with Entropy as the attacker. I'm not gonna pull unfortunately for a new physical unit when I still got a team that does most for me. I need Alpha Cw for lightning and maybe settle for Bambi on ice team for now

I'm still kinda new to this sort of topic but does the characters in this game always get completely powercreeped whenever there's a new character of the certain element arrives? Like if you use them on later contents in the game, they're going to be underwhelming to use for later contents?
Im a new player but Im sure it takes a while for a character to get powercrept, alpha (lucia crimson abyss) has been your best phys attacker for 2 years and she's getting replaced by bianca.
Thing is 1) it will be over a year ago IF she gets powercrept 2) she simplifies tremendously physical team building as you can just pick rosetta during her patch plus lumi from newbie voucher and have one team ready to go. 3) she completly blows out of the water everybody 4) this game has a competitive element, without her you can say goodbye to higher ppc and warzone score 5) getting her won't stop you from pulling the other new S ranks. The only reason you wouldn't pull her is if you really don't give a damn about any of the above. Which is very unlikely.

Not always. Just like how Tenebrion is still better than Karenina at F2P levels. Or a Vera Rozen being on par with Cappriccio at F2P levels. Besides I don't really care for the meta since I'm not trying to top every Warzone and PPC. Which is fine since I noticed that the systrm will just fluctuate from you being on top to being at the bottom.
For F2P, we find it really hard to recommend going beyond one copy of any given character. As for CUBs and Signature Weapons, if you're lucky you may be able to grab some without hurting your ability to get future S-Rank Omns. It may be best to make sure you can get all/most future S-Ranks first and foremost.

I was drafting up exactly this question - did KuroGames give a technical justification ever for this, or are they using QoL/gameplay enhancements as a form of powercreep (not exactly a new concept, but probably a controversial one)?
Newer characters have much longer Signature Move animations than older characters. If the timer didn't pause during them, they would be inconvenient to use since they'd eat up so much time. We also wish the timer would pause on all Signature move animations including for older characters, but unfortunately it wasn't implemented retroactively.

If there is one thing I would like to complain about PGR it would be this "2nd Gen" constructs. They make the old constructs obsolete because of the broken signature time stop. They could've just made every stop time with their signature so people can choose the 6 construct they want or comfortable with for a specific element so that you don't have to invest in every new characters that much that are "meta" but I guess money is money.

The only reason you wouldn't pull her is if you really don't give a damn about any of the above. Which is very unlikely.
@@Balthor27 I see, so in short characters here all have pretty much an expiry date. But personally, meta doesn't really bother me anyway, I'm still gonna use alpha CA after pulling bianca. Just wanna know about the powercreeping here since I play Genshin as well where little to no powercreep happens

Not always. Just like how Tenebrion is still better than Karenina at F2P levels. Or a Vera Rozen being on par with Cappriccio at F2P levels.
Besides I don't really care for the meta since I'm not trying to top every Warzone and PPC. Which is fine since I noticed that the systrm will just fluctuate from you being on top to being at the bottom.
Should i go for bianca SS3 or just pull 1 bianca and her CUB? ( I'll pull her 6* weap later)

For F2P, we find it really hard to recommend going beyond one copy of any given character. As for CUBs and Signature Weapons, if you're lucky you may be able to grab some without hurting your ability to get future S-Rank Omns. It may be best to make sure you can get all/most future S-Ranks first and foremost.

doesn't it seem like a stupid thing that one of the reasons a character is considered better is because timer stops when they are in an attack animation? Why not make it for every character?
I was drafting up exactly this question - did KuroGames give a technical justification ever for this, or are they using QoL/gameplay enhancements as a form of powercreep (not exactly a new concept, but probably a controversial one)?
Newer characters have much longer Signature Move animations than older characters. If the timer didn't pause during them, they would be inconvenient to use since they'd eat up so much time. We also wish the timer would pause on all Signature move animations including for older characters, but unfortunately it wasn't implemented retroactively.

If there is one thing I would like to complain about PGR it would be this "2nd Gen" constructs. They make the old constructs obsolete because of the broken signature time stop. They could've just made every stop time with their signature so people can choose the 6 construct they want or comfortable with for a specific element so that you don't have to invest in every new characters that much that are "meta" but I guess money is money.
