Computer frozen to the point where you can't open Task Manager to restart Windows Explorer? Can't restart within Windows? Skip ahead to 2:27 to learn how to do a hard restart. So my laptop froze suddenly and I tried to fix it but couldn't help it.

The “Hard Reset” demonstrated here just put the computer in sleep mode, it even appeared it was waken from sleep in this video. Be sure to hold your power button a sufficient amount of time - about 10 seconds.

Force shutdown is the most effective way. I have an app that when it unrespond it stuck in desktop and obstruck any other apps to show efen the Task Manager. This kind of experience never happened in windows 7 or xp or previous windows. Actually windows 10 is the most surprising windows for errors.
