I have been going through the 2011 shows recently and heard that for the first time. It was not only brutal, and funny, but one of the rare times I didn't sense a pissy vibe from Opie about it.
The Opie beat down-the only one I can ever remember-was Opie said he was in the Ocean and a wave smashed him and caused him to land on his neck on the sand under the waves. And everybody just start making crippled Opie jokes with a Steven Hawking voice. And Opie was sweating trying not to run out of the room you could hear it in his nervous laughs
That's top 3 best shows to me its on RUclips under the most vicious show ever it's the same one where someone stole money from ants house during a party and vos working at the Italian restaurant just nonstop trashing for like 3 hours damn I miss the O&A days
Yeah I think it was Ant, Bob Kelly, Voss and maybe even Patrice but Patrice knew to leave Opie alone so he might’ve just been there laughing. Gotta relisten. But Opie was not enjoying it at all
Opie the insecure narcassistic board op. He was never funny and his only bit was a whiny entitled wanna be who thought he was due praise for the position he was in. Therefore he made for great fodder when he was trashed by a loser like Vos.
With athletes, former competitors become friends and bond over shared experiences. In this case, former friends hate each other and the audience eats it up.
When those two I guess not good looking women came to the studio. They said "were gonna do a show!" and Voss said "Get your quarters ready." The same two women said "Theres some beautiful ladies on this show." Voss: "When are they gonna get here?" Dude was on point.

He's been in recovery for years and lots of drunk people walk up to talk to him and he's borderline rude to them. I've seen him over 10 times. Don't do a merchandise signing if after a show if you aren't in the mood.
